Like the title says the food is good and staff is very friendly. But DON'T BOOK A TOUR HERE!!! We had a lovely diner there and we saw that you can also book a tour from Hue to Hoi An. You will get a driver who can speak English and will take you sightseeing in 5 places and 1 more place if you pay extra. The extra amount is for Elephant springs, a beautiful place with waterfalls where you can swim and have lunch. No problem we said cause we would love to see the springs, so we booked the so called tour. The horror began, we got a replacement driver who spoke no english what so ever and didn't show half the places that they told us we would go to. The places he did stop he just stopt the car and said "you take picture". So far for the tour. At arrival in Hoi An we were driving 2,5 HOURS in circles because he didn't know the hotel nor did he know how to read the streetsigns. When we told him to call the hotel he refused and kept on driving for an hour in Hoi An after which i gave him the number in paper which he could not read. We refused to pay the full amount!!! We tried to talk to the driver through the hotelmanager but he came up with a sad story his salary would be cut for the discount. In the end we gave him 800.000 dong in stead of the 1.260.000 he wanted. He tried to attack me and my fiancé with a BRICK to get all of the money. Luckely i am a kickboxer and very tall so he was more afraid of me when I got pissed off. Very bad experiance.
