We arrived at this place having read mostly positive reviews. We wanted a little treat of having a manicure and came across this place near our hotel. On our arrival we were the only people in the shop, soon after 3 other people arrived wanting manicures and pedicures and a panic seemed to ensue amongst the staff. It seemed they only had one nail technician and therefore our manicure was rushed and consequently a bit messy and smudged as the nail technician left another person to do the top coat and she took very little care over doing it sadly spoiling the technicians hard work. My companions nails are a mess and we'll have to go somewhere else to get them redone. The price was good but sadly the quality was lacking.

After a long walk in the rain trying to find a spot in the highly-TripAdvisor-rated hotel spa's. The three of us walked into Moon Spa. They were very welcoming and gave us a nice ginger tea. We all chose an oil and hot stone massage which was very good. It was not too hard and not too soft. Just perfect. Then I got a pedicure and my mum got a scrub. All of it was great! It's a local experience far away from the fake luxury tourist ones. You pay (which is a really good price) for the service not the surroundings. They were very welcoming, friendly and hygienic!

After traveling around for more than 10 days and a lot of walking, we needed to do something for our nails, so we found this little place through TripAdvisor. We were met with a really friendly staff, and after giving us some cold water, my nails was done and then my husbands - mine with polish. It was a small, but cozy place, and we didn't pay more than 140.000 VND per person - that's under 300.000 VND for both manicure and pedicure for two persons. Great service!

I searched in TripAdvisor for a pedicure near our hotel and Moon spa was just few minutes walk. I got directly an appointment at the time I preferred and she did a good job. I cannot say about massage or manicure, but the pedicure was good.

We wanted a affordable and good massage so we tried this one and we really liked it. The people were kind, sweet and took good care of us. The massage was relaxing. They don't do weird things with you, so that is nice.

It took more than an hour for a simple nail job for 4. It was plastic buckets in the lobby while other workers noisily ate noodles and watched soaps on iPads. I am told it is a notch above Lotus, which was pure crap wrapped in western marketing, but I would just wait to get to Saigon.

I've attempted to change location on this review I hope it helps other travellers find this place!

Very clean, very friendly staff, they understand English although speak very little.

Manicure + pedicure is 70,000dong each

So for $5 you really can't ask for better!

They use a new bucket for each person's toes. Although my water was cold :(

Polish job wasn't perfect but really for the price you can't complain - there was no foot or hand massage strictly clean up and polish

They give you tea when you arrive and free WIFI :)

We found this Spa on trip advisors and it was great. I got a hot stone massage for about $11. It was relaxing p. I asked her to do it stronger. I will admit one of the best part was the lemon grass foot soak before the massage. I was so cold and wet from walking in the rain - the foot soak felt amazing. The masses were professional and the place was clean.

Went for the 1 hour body massage and it wad absolutely not worth it. Awkward moment when they didn't leave room for you to undress and get ready -they just stood there stared and waited.
I asked to concentrate mainly on shoulders but would like everything done.
Felt like I was getting a pat on my back, she had the lightest touch I could off done it harder myself. Asked to put more pressure on twice and still I could had done it harder myself. I ended up trying to push myself into her hands to make it harder!! It didn't work.
They didn't do the legs at all.
When I got up I had found they had been using olive oil! It was supposed to be a "aroma therapy"massage.
I went because my friend read the reviews and told me it was the best in hue, I wish I had checked trip advisor myself because I wouldn't have gone based on its ratings. (And she was looking on trip advisor!!)
Don't go!

Needed some pampering so went and treated myself. Had an hour hot stone massage for 200,000 vnd. It was good. Water given on arrival. Clean premises, nice people and no funny business. Manicure and pedicure are 70,000 vnd each and are ok. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO NUMBER 72 AND NOT NUMBER 2. THE LISTING HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS. LOOK FOR THE BIG MOON SIGN.
