I found Hura Cars online when I was looking for a sightseeing trip on our way from Hue to Hoi An. From the first email, Hoang was quick to reply in perfect English. Prices are competitive and all the trips can be customised. We were so impressed we ended up booking airport to Hue transfer, Hue Day Tour, Hue to Hoi An via My Son and a transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang Airport. The service we experienced on arrival matched Hoang's proactive approach before travel. Bin was waiting for us with a smile at the airport and was also our driver from Hue to Hoi An. He is a very safe driver who speaks excellent English and although he isn't a tour guide he told us so many snippets of information and stories that really brought the trip to life. He knew all the safe places to stop for the best photos over Hai Van Pass. We did book a guide for the tour of the citadel and tombs and Fi was really knowledgeable and made sure we got the most from our one day in town.
Transportation can make or break a trip. Hura Cars set the right tone from the start and were faultless. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you are travelling from Hue to Hoi An ask for Bin!

I organised a day trip from Hue to The DMZ zone with Hura cars. My driver Luc spoke excellent English and he made the day a special one. We visited the Ben Hai river where the absurdity of dividing a country in two is physically manifest. And the fabulous Vinh Moc tunnels where 600 people lived during the wall and 17 babies were born. If you want to see tunnels used during the war, then these are the ones to go to. Hura cars gave me a great price for the trip and we stopped for lunch on the way back at Dong Hoi. Luc was patient and never rushed me and was great company.
We also used this company on a transfer from Hue to Hoi An and the driver Phuoc was punctual, safe and happy to accommodate our wishes. I’d definitely recommend Hura cars if you’re in this part of Vietnam.

Our driver Pho picked us up at our hotel In Da Nang and we were with him for four hours to drive to the city of Hue. He stopped many times to show us beautiful things that we wanted to see and take pictures of. He was very good to explain history and other things to us on the way. Pho made sure that we stop for washroom breaks when we need it and refreshments. His car was very clean and very comfortable and he set the air conditioner for us to be happy. We really enjoyed traveling with him. He Is very professional, an excellent driver and we would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to travel from Da Nang to Hue because it will be a great. experience that you were remember for the rest of your life.

I highly recommend this car service! I reached out to them to book a car for two days. One day for a trip to various tombs and temples in Hue and then the other day for our transit from Hue to Hoi An. Emailing with them was very easy and they always replied very quickly. I told them what places I wanted to make stops at on both days, and they sent me a very reasonable quote. They also offered (for an additional fee) to have a tour guide join us during our tour of the tombs, which I accepted.
The first day, the tour and driver showed up at our hotel right on time to pick us up. They took us to all the tombs and temples places we asked, plus a nice place for lunch (which I didn’t think of, so I am glad they did!). I am so terrible with names, but both the driver and tour guide were great. The tour guide would take us around the tombs, telling us about them, but then would give us ample time to take photos and walk around at our own pace, waiting for us out front so as to not rush us. This was something that I really appreciated, as I love taking photos and hate to feel rushed with someone always standing right there waiting for me. It was a really great combination of being able to learn more about the sites, but also having the freedom to explore on your own. At the end of our tour, we arrived back at the hotel, and realized we lot one of our wallets. Luckly, there wasn’t very much money in it, and only one of our credit cards. After looking in every nook and cranny of the car, the driver and tour guide took us back to our last stop (where we last had it) but no sign of it. They actually offered to take us back to ALL the spots we visited that day, which was very kind. Again, because we knew we had it at the last stop, there wasn’t a point to retracing all of our steps, but I really appreciated how much they cared. I think what happened is we dropped it when we got out at our hotel and someone snatched it off the road, oh well, at least it didn’t have much in it!
The next day the same driver picked us up again (right on time) for our transit to Hoi An, he talked more this day than the day before (since we didn’t have a separate tour guide) and actually gave us a lot of information about the sites we stopped at. We did option two on their website (Hue city – An Bang cemetery – Lap An lagoon – Hai Van pass – Marble Mountain – Hoi An) and I highly recommend seeing An Bang cemetery (as not a lot of tours include a stop there), it is amazing! Lap An Lagoon and Hai Van Pass were also great stops, but just about all agencies stop there. When we got to Marble Mountain, our driver recommended a restaurant (which was good) and then we explored Marble Mountain (which was the stop I liked the least). He was a very safe driver both days and very friendly, a great person to talk to during the ride.
Thank you so much to both our tour guide and driver, you made our trip to Hue very memorable and comfortable!! If you need a driver I highly recommend Hura Cars!

We booked a trip from Hué to Bach Ma national park. It was a last minute booking but this was not a problem. We texted the night before and we confirmed our pick up place and timing in the morning. Our trip was limited in time because we couldn’t leave sooner but our driver Gôn did do everything to get as much out of our time as possible. He even gave us his lunch for a hike in the park which was so nice! We had to be back by 5PM however got lost in a hike and arrived back at the pickup point at 5:45PM. Gôn was still waiting for us and brought us back safely to our hotel in Hué. We highly recommend booking with this agency and ask for Gôn as a driver, he’s the sweetest ☺️!

Pho was there with a friendly greeting at Hue airport when we arrived.
He was polite, friendly and very patient with us. He always made sure we had water; we were always comfortable (clean comfy car, air con set just right, plenty of pit stops).
A very professional driver we would recommend to anybody.
We enjoyed his company over both days as he took us to visit amazing pagodas, temples, tombs, lagoons..... The trip over the Hai Van Pass was amazing; then the Water (Marble) Mountain our highlight before being dropped safe and sound in Hoi An. Highly recommended; thanks Pho!

When arrived Hue last week and booked a local taxi in Phu Bai airport to our hotel in city center with 300.000 vnd for a sedan. I thought that is the best offer we can get in this beauty city - Hue.
But, after 1 week living Hue, I book this company, Huracars, for transfer back Phu Bai airport. How amazing it is! The driver spoke English very well, he told us many humor stories, just for fun. we were impressed by this driver.
he prepared for us 3 bottles of water (but we only 2). And specially, they offer 200.000 vnd for transfer with great service, all is smooth.
We should have booked with them for transfer from Phu Bai to Hue.
We highly recommend this company and driver - Mr Hoang. He was kind and friendly.

Today we traveled from Da Nang to Hue in a car owned by Hura company. Our drivers name is Pho.The trip took 4 hours and we made many stops along the way to let us enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Breathtaking views from high up in the mountains and beautiful scenery on the flats along the beach. He made sure that we had refreshments and the air conditioner worked well. We stopped for washroom breaks as required. Pho explained many historical things to us along the way and gave us good ideas what to do when we arrive in Hue. His car was very clean and comfortable. Pho's professional mannerism and personality really won us over. We would highly recommend him to anyone that requires this service. And the price was a very reasonable.

GREAT experience. We booked a private transfer from Phong Nha to Hue and opted to include a couple extra stops to see the Vinh Moc tunnels and the DMZ (demilitarized zone between north and south borders). Totally worth it to do the extra stops. The tunnels were incredible to see, and we would’ve missed them if we had traveled by train instead of private car. We’re so glad we found Hura Cars because the price was the best we could find and our driver Tin was awesome!! He was so kind and friendly, and even went out of his way to accommodate our special requests. Highly recommend this company!

We had an outstanding experience exploring the Hai Van Pass via train and car, thanks to Hura Cars (via Go Travel). We booked the train ourselves, independently of the trip. Upon arrival in Hue, we were promptly picked up at 11:15am from the train station by our exceptional driver, Bin.Bin was incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed insights about several places in Hue. His excellent English skills made communication effortless. Bin was remarkably flexible with our schedule, ensuring we managed our time well. The 3-hour drive back to Da Nang was not only smooth but also engaging, as Bin shared fascinating stories and information about the area. He went above and beyond by helping us capture stunning photos at scenic spots along the route. Bin's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made our trip truly memorable.For anyone considering a flexible, personalized trip, we highly recommend this company. And to ensure an impeccable experience, definitely request Bin—you'll be guaranteed a perfect time!

Tipping the driver is a personal choice and is not mandatory. If you feel that the driver provided exceptional service, you may choose to tip them as a way of showing your appreciation. The amount of the tip is also up to you, but common practice is to tip around 100-200.000 vnd for a day trip
