We had booked our Mekong trip with our hotel. It was good but more expensive than here. Decided after speaking to girls that we would book tunnels trip from them at half the hotel price. The trip could not be better. Bus not so good but okay for this trip. We arrived at 12,45 as asked, they have seats in air conditioned shop. At 1 the tour guide got us. The tour is standard so why pay more? ? if their Mekong trip would be as good. Great agency will good help and support.

My gf and I were walking down the street and noticed they sold SIM cards for Viettel. Her phone ran out of data and so we stopped in to see if they could help us renew the data plan. I had purchased a refill card previously but didn't know if it was enough or how to properly renew the plan. The girls that worked there were super helpful and assisted in renewing the data plan for no charge. I offered to tip them and they refused. I wish we hadn't already booked our Mekong tour with another company otherwise I would have liked to give them my business.

My sister and I booked a Mekong Delta Day Tour through this agency last July 31. Although I wouldn't say I had a stellar experience, it was more than okay for the small price of 180,000 VND ($9.45). We arrived at the agency around 7:50 am the next day, and after rounding up the rest of the tourists, we were led to a bus (I'm convinced that this agency only sold tickets and another agency did the tours). Our guide seemed to be a very nice person, although I did not manage to note his name because he spoke in a rather low volume and we sat at the back (I did hear his announcement about his recent marriage, though). Water was provided and Wifi was non-existent but that was okay, my sister and I slept through the trip, only waking up for the stops and the actual tour. Our first stop was some place along the road with restrooms, hammocks, and a store that sold leaf hats for a dollar each. Our next stop was the Vinh Trang Pagoda. It was a pretty place, but after snapping a few pictures, I wanted to go back to the bus and escape from the heat. After some time, we arrived at a port where my group had our own fast boat. We went first went to an island that made and sold coconut candies and had lunch on our second stop (it was decent and I loved that they had an option for vegetarians). The third island served honey tea and snacks(which tasted good but just tasted like stuff from my own country) and on the fourth we went into smaller boats and ventured deep into the river canals. We watched a traditional performance and were served fruits and tea. After that, we went back to the bigger boat, to our bus, and back to the city at 5 pm. Although I would say the trip was worth more than its price, the people and culture I encountered left much to be desired (except our tour guide, who was an absolute sweetheart). A notable thing is their disregard for food sanitation. On the island where we had lunch, the waiters had to transport the food from another building. Which is normally okay, but it started raining...and he didn't bother covering the food or using the umbrella. On the honey tea island, some of the cups were unwashed and some bottles of honey had bees inside them, but what irked me the most was that when the waitresses came to advertise their products, they placed the food on top of the food like??? Another thing was that the people there practically begged for tips--the boatman for our rowing boat was looking at my sister and said "Tip" a couple of times and one of the ladies who performed was shaking a tip bag and placed it on our table, looking for 10,000 VND. Everyone in our table exchanged looks, all noticeably annoyed. But it was $9.45 and I can't really fault the travel agency for the rudeness of the people we encounter.

This is the worst agency. I wanted to book a tour from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh. Bus to Chau doc and taking a boat from there to Phnom Penh. (Such as is being described in lonely planet as suppose to be good trip). Gave us wrong bus-tickets in HCMC already. Promised us pick-ups to and from hostel in Chau doc, didn't happen. Boat guy didn't even know we were coming. Boat stopped at border, and we had to take a really small bus from there. (So no boat directly to Phnom Penh). Overall had to call them over and over again...

Highly disappointed with my experience having booked 2 tours in November 2015: Mekong 3-island 1-day tour, Cu Chi Tunnel 1/2-day morning tour, each for 2 pax. The employee who solicited our business at the store front spoke English & Mandarin fairly well. He told us that pick-ups could be done from our hotel which was near their office, & it would be done at 8AM. However, on the receipts issued to us, the time 7:45AM was written. This is extremely misleading & tantamount to him misinforming us. Thankfully we checked our receipts on the morning of the 1st tour. Furthermore, on the morning of the Cu Chi Tunnel tour, our pick-up arrived at 7:33AM & we had to rush to finish our breakfast. To make matters worse, the Cu Chi Tunnel tour pick-up was unbelievably poorly organized. For 1 hour & 2 minutes, I sat in the bus going round & round the city, picking other folks up. As if this weren't unacceptable enough, at 8:35 AM, we were told that the bus we were on was for the Mekong River tour. We had to alight at a random junction to wait for another bus to pick us up. This junction was a place I could've walked to in 30 MINUTES (& I have short legs). Why offer to pick your customers up when it means they have to wake up earlier than they need to? I don't know how these tour agencies operate, but we'd bought our tickets through Ngoc Mai Tourist, & the tour company that conducted the tour was Hai Travel. The standard of English of our guides were difficult to understand, although I did appreciate their cheerful demeanour. The bus on the Mekong River tour was unbearably hot, & even in singlet-&-shorts attire, everyone was sweating profusely. I couldn't wait for the tour to end even on my journey to the river (i.e. when the tour technically hadn't even begun). It dismayed me to see other folks on other buses sitting so comfortably & not having to fan themselves profusely. Thankfully, the bus ride to & from Cu Chi Tunnel did not have such an issue. Another point to note - the lunch provided at the Mekong River tour was inedible. Nobody at my table finished half of their food. I would not recommend this agency at all. I cannot safely say that others are better, but I really did not enjoy my experience with these 2 tours. (Ps: Happened to see that other buses had WiFi, both when I used my phone to search for a signal as well as tell-tale label signs on other buses. My tours did not have WiFi-- yes, it is not a necessity, but perhaps something you could look out for when booking a tour.)
