We did a food tour on our first day within Vietnam to get acquainted with HCM and local food. We were picked up on time by our amazing guides Logan and Ahn. We felt really safe on the back of their motor bikes while they showed us around. We visited 5 places in 4 hours so ended the trip with a full stomaches and very nice impressions about local food. Thanks Logan and Ahn for showing us around and have us taste things we would have never chosen ourselves!!

What an absolute great start to our holiday! We had the best time traveling around different districts with our hosts Heui and Vin. There knowledge was fantastic. Hassle free organisation, communication, pick up and drop off. A+++ and highly recommended

I had an amazing time on my 4 hour food tour by motorbike. My guide Chau was a very sweet and knowledgeable about all the foods we ate and places we visited. Going by motorbike was a great way to see HCMC and we visited many districts that I would have otherwise missed. We stopped at 5 different places and enjoyed traditional Vietnamese cuisine from different regions amongst locals. I learned a lot about how the foods were made, their ingredients, and Vietnamese customs. I was so stuffed by the end. Chau even took me out of the way to a great coffee seller so I could buy some amazing coffee beans to take home! I would definitely recommend this tour, especially by motorbike! One of my best nights in HCMC!

My friend & I buy a take away breakfast from street food in front of Masjid Al-Rahim located at Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa. We had 2 fishcake banh mi for VND40k.

After watching sunrise, we came back to have Vietnam iced coffee.

I have been to Vietnam many times and am always looking to try different foods in the region in which I am staying. This tour was great, and was one of the better priced tours available. Our guides Candy, Hero and Hieu were fantastic! We visited many districts, and tried some fantastic food. Loved that we went to some of the less touristy areas of HCM. I highly recommend this tour.

My hotel booked my spouse and I on that tour which I highly recommend. They pick you up at 17h30 at your hotel and return around 21h30. I had prepared a list of 10 plates i wished to try and my guide nicknamed "Street Food Man" was able to find 7 of them and tried an additional 3. Very cheap meal between US$0.5 to US$2 per meal/plate. Great to experience what Vietnamese eat and did not see a single tourist outside our group of 6. Our guide was very generous with his advised, stories, explanations and constantly smiling and helpful. They are half the price of competing offering (about 60 to 80US per person vs. $30 for them) and felt I had a lot of my money. You do not do this tour for gastronomy and food quality was average or below average of our one month tour in IndoChina. But you do this tour for culture, history and experience. Wonderful way to spend an evening in HCMC and a safe environment with a local guide who speak the language.

We decided to go on this motorbike food tour to get a taste of the city and it was amazing! Our guides Karen, Dung, Rose and Phuong were very friendly, informative and professional. The motorbike ride was fun, safe and exhilarating - it really gives you a 'taste' of the Vietnam streets! The food selection was authentic and amazingly delicious - they'll bring you to small side streets that you would never find on a tourist guide and you'll definitely be dining with the locals. There are also a couple of historic stops along the way so you'll get a feel of the city too - Dung is a great storyteller. We had a great time and really recommend this tour if you're interested in having amazing food with great people. There are also a couple of surprises along the way, but I won't spoil the fun. :)

Just back from a great evening of trying out different street food in HCMC. I don't usually write reviews but this tour was excellent. I booked the tour over the Internet just 4 hours before it was due to start. I had a prompt email confirmation and that was it all booked and sorted.
My guide Dung was very polite and had excellent English. He was able to tell me history of the different districts that we visited as well as give lots of information about the different foods that we tried.
The food all tasted amazing and it was good to get out to different districts and see them.
You will come back from this tour stuffed full of great food and happy to have seen some more of HCMC.

Well worth it!

Please read: *** This tour is guided by real locals that don't have microphone, or a flag, or anything to make you feel like you're on a school field trip. These are real people that are so incredibly friendly, speak English well and want to make sure you are happy at all times. If you are looking to go into a huge group of strangers and follow someone around without any real personal touch, then this tour is not for you.

My boyfriend and I are first timers in SE Asia and neither of us can speak the language. The first night here we ventured around the city enough where we figured for dinner, we got this. We chose a place that looked good and turns out it was spot that offered burgers and pasta with their Vietnamese curries. That is NOT why we traveled all the way here for.. we want to eat with the locals! So my other half found this guide and at 8am we were off! From 8 to 12, we ate NONSTOP!!! Drinks to dessert to fruits and 2 meals. It was truly everything we wanted. They took us to the locals district and we ventured around while they explain the history of the city and buildings and making sure we were always happy.

The way they treated us was truly amazing. They translated everything for us and then at the end, gave us a parting gift for choosing their tour. We had such a great time, we booked the Saigon at Night tour right after. Hero and his assistants made us feel like they were friends just showing us their hometown, I am happy to have met them and felt very comfortable the entire time!!!

My only complaint about this tour was that our guides could have been much better at speaking English. It is exhausting having to concentrate on listening and interpreting for a 4 hour tour.

The street food is really tasty and riding on the back of the scooters is so much fun. I was worried that part would be stressful or scary but it was amazing!

If you're adventurous I would advise you just try these street foods on your own dime rather than book the tour. If you're hesitant to talk to locals and order food yourself then this tour is for you.
