You need to walk quite a long distance to finish the adventure. Better to prepare your comfortable shoes and water with you. (They provide you water bottle too) But it was interesting to interact with Vietnamese people to collect all the clues and walking around cholon area. As we have time limit to finish the game and we were already exhausted after the game, it was little bit regretful that we didn't have time to explore temples and historical sites even we had a map provided full of information.Booking directly from urban tales' website is also quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Just one thing uncomfortable was we needed to go into temples just to find the clue, not to visit the temple. I was not sure how people who are worshiping at temple think about us.

A great entertainment in Ho Chi Minh City. Not too difficult a murder mystery search but taking you to wonderful parts of Cholon you might not otherwise visit. Couple of the clues can be tricky but there is always someone to help you out if needed. If you like games - you will have fun and something a bit out of the ordinary as you follow the clues, street map and little laneways.

We had a lot of fun resolving the case of Dr Lam's death. Though it is at everyone's reach, you do have to be focused. Also if you do this activity with multiple groups, it's quite fun to be in a competition. The investigation makes you visit a few temples/pagodas and many different streets where you wouldn't have set foot otherwise! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed how the local community was involved in this mystery game. It was really fun to walk down a street and suddenly be interacting with locals working in little shops and other places. Even people who were not part of the game would try to give little hints, because they have seen others playing the game many times. The clues were fun - sometimes a little confusing, but we were given a phone to contact the main guide when we needed help.

I had to make the booking directly with the company as the Tripadvisor booking was possible only for a minimum of 2 participants. It was slightly more expensive, but it's totally doable. I needed a bit more help since there was only my brain involved, but I got there eventually. The difficulty level was nicely increasing as you progressed so you really didn't get stuck until after you identified the killer. The organizer was really supportive and helpful all the way, from the point of meeting me when I got off the motorbike. Areas of improvement: some of the 'actors' - or rather paid participants - were not very engaging, sometimes waving at me as soon as they recognized me as a player - taking away some of the authenticity of the situation. It would be better if could figure out things myself. Also - a hidden letter was pointed out for me as soon as I entered the temple. Apart from this - a nice afternoon, but nothing spectacular that you would miss out on if you have little time on your hands.

Hi Trong, Thank you for taking the time to write and share your comment. Well noted for your comments about the actors and about the hidden letter. We will improve those points. We are very happy that you enjoyed the experience as a solo traveler, though we think it's more fun to do it as a team with a minimum of 2 players. The Ubiquest team
