We were very lucky to use Royal Travel tours for our first visit to Vietnam back in summer of 2011. We visited the northern part of Vietnam which included Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay. Our group consisted of 10 from US and 6 from Bangkok, we were all very satisfied with the tours and services provided by Royal travel. Spring 2014, we returned to VN and of course we contacted Royal Travel again to arrange our tour. That time we concentrated on central part of Vietnam which included Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An and Nha Trang. Again, their level of customer service always exceeded our expectation. Now, June 2016, we want to explore southern part of VN and Royal Travel is the only service we use and trust when we travel to VN. Our family and group of friends are seasonal travelers to Europe and South East Asia, we have high expectation and Royal exceeded it every time. There are a lot of tour services in VN and the tours offer the same sightseeing but the level of customer service from Royal Travel is the best. We would recommend this tour service with no reservation. Many thanks to Mr. Johnny Thai and his team for the wonderful service! Attached are photos from our trips
