Friendly service. Greeted at reception with a smile. My massage lady was a lovely young lady called Oanh. I opted for the monthly special aromatherapy massage. This young lady is very skilled and used the right amount of pressure without needing to ask. If I wasn’t leaving today I would go back for another massage with the same lady. Thank you Oanh for making my time in your spa special.

Had a 3 hour package with Vy at the Kara Spa , foot massage, full body and then facial. Vy was excellent, attentive, skilled and high quality. All happened in the one room, very relaxing, lovely ambience. Highly recommend.

I am staying Caravelle hotel and decide to try the massage retreat package.The facilities are reasonable but little dirty despite early In the afternoon .My massage therapist was coughing but wearing the mask.The air conditioning fan was too noisy and I ask her to turn down the fan which make room too hot.The light was too blight to relax.
At least I did not get hurt.
It was disappointing since I had great massage from LaSpa from Hanoi.

Guest of Caravelle I requested a pedicure. When I got there spa said services are separate, and you pay double to get polish. I asked how long was the pedicure and they said 30-45 minutes. It was suppose to be a soak in herbal water and oil, which never happened. She removed most of nold nail polish, cut a few nails, and scraped under a few nails. No nail file, no soak, no massage, no clipping of cuticle and excess skin. I could have done it myself. Out at reception while paying I asked 15 minutes and there's still nail polish on my toes. So girl came with sour face to wipe polish off. And said I could solution off myself in the shower or upstairs in my room. It must have been the worst nail treatment in my life. And I would hesitant to use any other spa treatment.

When looking for a serious massage, look no further. 90 mins Swedish and what a treat. I'm used to massage therapists that either seem to be stroking a kitten or a puppy on the one hand or seem to want to practice the Vulcan death grip on the other hand, but this time it all was absolutely just right. Not too soft, not too hard (Duyen). Super friendly but no chatter box. Well skilled masseuse that found al the pressure points where it hurts. Felt like an 18 year old lamb again when walking out (actually still do.....).

We are staying at the Caravelle Saigon which is where Kara Spa is located. The facilities are excellent - private shower rooms, sauna, hot jacuzzi and steam room. I booked an indulge treatment package - 45 minutes of back massage and 30 minutes of foot massage for £1M VND, equivalent to £30 at home. The treatments were excellent - just the right amount of pressure and relaxation - a lot of the other massages in Vietnam use a lot of pressure points which can be painful but there was no painful elements to this massage! The products they used also had a lovely feel on the skin. Service was brilliant with a herbal tea to start and end the massage. Highly

Great massage at fantastic price due to monthly special. Great selection of services to choose from. I had Traditional Viet Nam massage for 60 mins, very relaxing. On same level as pool, includes jacuzzi and steam and sauna rooms. Loved it so much have rebooked for tomorrow.
