From the moment we were picked for our private tour with driver and personal tour guide, we immediately gained a deep unbiased understanding of the Vietnam war from Hung our guide. His knowledge surrounding Long Tan with timelines, areas and interactions with ex servicemen gives him this edge to share with us in good English language. Hung is also informative in other areas or war history, combined with life today and the economy. Long Tan & Nuit Dat is approx 1.5 hours drive each way from Saigon, & you get to stop at 6 different areas of importance. Lunch on the way back. Highly recommend Hung for his tour.

We have had an excellent private tour in Mekong delta with Khang as our guide experiencing brick factory, coconut candy making, two boat trips and cycling. We also enjoyed a very rich and tasty lunch.
We got to learn a lot about Vietnamese culture, food and nature and really recommend a trip 😊

If you want something less touristy than Mekong - definitely go for the Can Gio Mangrove forest tour !! Pick up at 7.30 am from the hotel, back at 4pm. We went through the mangrove forest by speed boat, saw a bat and bird sanctuary, trekked through the jungle, met some monkeys along the way and fed some crocodiles. I’ve been on many tours across Vietnam and this was by far the most enjoyable, less crowded and nice day out. We met the Ginko owners who were lovely people - and our Guide Jun Tran was the nicest man ! Highly recommend this agency

An amazing day all round - so many interesting things to see and very capably led by Jun, who was brilliant, spoke excellent English and was a wonderful guide. Every experience you can imagine was packed into the day: boat rides, cycle through a village, tuk tuk ride, visit to a brick-maker, market visits, coconut processing, and Vietnamese craftspeople in action, with a delicious lunch in the middle of it all. We were picked up promptly at our hotel and although the return was delayed by a big traffic jam this of course was not the operator’s fault. Price was very reasonable for such a full day. I can’t recommend Jun and this company highly enough.

We were interested in everything but the War Museum. We asked if we could have coffee in the Highlands Coffee shop while they were in the war museum. The group were in the war museum for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. They did not come out until 11.20. We are buddhist so most interested in the Pagoda and because we are women also the market. So at 11.20 i said to the guide how will we have time to be at the pagoda, the market and back to our hotel by 12. He said we would be maybe 5 minutes in the pagoda and most people dont like the smell of the smoke. I said do you mean incense? We love incense. Then i said i was not happy to be only 5 minutes at the pagoda and the guide started yelling at me. He said this waS not a private tour and i could not just do what i wanted. I asked him to stop shouting. I pointed out the pagoda was on the itinerary.We were scared. He kept abusing us in the van when the rest of the group came in. I asked him to chill out. But he was very aggressive. When we stopped at the next stop we said we would go back to the hotel because the mood was ugly. He then started shouting at us on the path and said we were trying to sneak off and not pay. We said were happy to pay. He took a film of us on his phone and said he would phone the police. He told us we were racist. We were very scared. We asked to go to your office to pay. We are in a strange country being shouted at. He was very agitated. He said no we had to finish the tour. But my daughter was nearly crying. Then he left the rest of the group and made us get in the van with him. My daughter was scared.
The company were very apologetic and the woman i spoke to was lovely. I think we just lucked out that day.

Thank you for your feedback about your half day small group city tour with us,
We feel sorry because we did not have the chance to consult you directly before the trip. If we had known that you would love to spend more time in pagoda, we could have offered a private excursion for you. We can customize a tour which will spend half day or full day to visit pagodas and markets or somewhere you like.
Based on our group tour schedule, we have a timeline for each destination and tour guide must follow it. Reunification Palace & War Remnants Museum have lots of information so visitor normally spend more than 60 min each place. Pagoda and market are 2 last destinations because these places are quite close. Visitor can spend about 15 minutes each place. However, our guest can discuss with tour guide about timing and we will follow majority opinion.
Lastly, we would like to apologize for our guide attitude, this happened due to a misunderstanding at the beginning and our tour guide felt very stressful when you decide to leave the group without payment.

We did this tour as it was booked through our hotel. I would not recommend it as we were giving very little information and time at the destinations. We spent more time at a local gift shop being awkwardly followed by a salesperson than we did at the actual attractions we wanted to see! Our guide was lovely but not willing to go out of his way to make our tour enjoyable and his English was a little hard to understand. Overall not worth your time or money.

Tour was really good. It was very difficult and sad to go through the war museum because of the horrific historical war stories. Tour guide was really good. Was supposed to be a group tour, but because it was the quiet season, it ended up being a private tour, which was enjoyable with a good and friendly tour guide, who was very knowledgeable.

We booked a 2 days tour to mekong delta included can tho overnight staying, it has been very well organized, the guide Jason has been so helpful and he explained us so many things about vietnamese culture and mekong delta culture and kichen. He is really prepared to answer all the questions. We got around by private aircon car, very confy. Everything was great and we really enjoyed. Really reccomanded +++

We had a great time at the one day Mekong Delta Tour. Our guide Roy was super funny and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the lush gardens and seeing many amazing fruits and plants.

Yes, we can pick up at the cruise port, but there is two difference service:
1. Pick up at the port's gate: our guide/car wait for you in front of the gate. You have to walk from 10-15 min from the dock to the gate.
2. Pick up at the cruise terminal: our guide/car will wait for you at the cruise terminal. The extra cost (pay for the port) for pick up is 25-30 USD/person
