Vietnam is beautiful and I am delighted I decided on the tour. The only negative experience was the lack of communication after booking the tour, when I didn't know what happens after my arrival or any idea about the full schedule. I eventually received the full itinerary the day before I was due to arrive, while I was already on route. After this I was well looked after, starting with being picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel. The actual tour doesn't really match to what's on the website, apart from the destinations. Nevertheless, Bravo Indochina were very efficient in communicating with me, texting me every day with pick up time and which hotel I would be staying in. A few hiccups occured throughout my stay, but they were quickly dealt with by the company. As I was a solo traveller I felt like they were taking extra care of me and making sure all was going well. The itinerary changed fairly bit, which didn't bother me at all as I just go with the flow. The highlight of the tour was definitely Dalat, where Dan, the tour guide, brought us to places not everyone gets to see, apart from the fact that he was a lovely, smiley and helpful guy. I was well impressed with the choice of accommodation, I was hoping for something decent, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. All hotels were top-notch, as was the breakfast and lunch provided during tours. I admire the company's employees for staying on top of things and keeping up with all travellers and their schedules, but at least I know now and I will be confident booking more tours with Bravo Indochina.
