Please take the time to read this.

My partner and I were given pamphlets when we were walking past. It said 30% off, so we thought why not. I opted for a 70 minute hot oil body massage, while my partner a 70 minute foot massage. I was taken into a little cubicle type thing with a massage bed and curtains (which didn't go all the way around). A woman came in and told me to take off my top. I asked her if I take off my bra and my pants as well? Then one of the male employees was standing in the next cubicle watching and waiting for me to take my clothes off. He told me to take off my top and the woman clarified by saying everything but my undies. I told the lady to tell him to get out while I got changed as he wasn't moving. I took off my top and bra whilst the woman was in the cubicle and the man reappeared and I had to tell her again for him not to watch me undress. The woman told me to lie facedown and so I assumed that she would be giving me the massage.

Turns out he was massaging me. From the very beginning I felt very uncomfortable, but I thought I would just get over myself and continue on with the massage. He was texting and sniggering whilst massaging my back half. The whole time I was on edge and not relaxed at all. Honestly I felt as if he would touch me inappropriately, and that is exactly what he did.

I have quite large breasts and as I was on my stomach he was touching the sides of them. I thought I was being paranoid. I was then told to turn around on to my back. As I was about to turn around, he didn't offer me a towel to cover myself and he was staring at me. I had to tell him not to look at me. I ended up covering myself with my arms and he layed a towel over me.

By that stage I was pretty much thinking the worst but again, I also thought I was being stupid and paranoid. He then proceeds to lift up the towel that was covering my body and lifted it up well up past my underwear. He then massaged my thighs. I was then thinking that if anything else happened I would get up and leave.

He was getting very close to my privates and he then stroked me there. On the 3rd stroke I sat up and said "that's enough, no more, stop it." He was not leaving and he was sniggering again. My partner heard me telling him no more and came in and I burst into tears. He still had not left the cubicle. I wrapped myself in my towel and my partner and I went upstairs as I was so embarrassed and upset.

The manager came up and told us we still had to pay. My partner refused and told him that that man was no good and shouldn't be massaging women. He was apologetic but insisted we still had to pay. I just didn't care l just wanted to get out of there. My partner paid and we left.

If you have read this, please don't go here as it may end very badly.

I wish I had wifi to read these reviews but unfortunately I didn't. This place suckers you in with a great price and then give you horrible service. I got a gel manicure and the guy nearly cut all of my cuticles off! One of the gel manicures was so bad it came off literally an hour later. When you go to pay they ask you to rate the service and tip them your only choices are $5 and up.

I walked in with my girlfriend and they were all sitting outside, on their phones. Doing nothing. When I explained what I wanted, one of the guys (complete idiot), started talking in Vietnamese and we could tell he was talking about us in a rude way. Then the girl said that her staff was all busy. Seriously, unbelievable. We just got up and went to another place. As if it wasn't enough, when we were on our way back to the hotel, we passed by this place again and the same idiot looked at me and said something in vietnamese. Probably insulting me.
So please, do yourself a favor and cross the street when you pass by this place.

It's the worst massage you will ever have! Did a package deal for $20 for 2 hours, and the only thing I had for two hours was a girl lubricating me in oil and texting! And then they asked for tips afterwards.
Wish I had read the reviews first !! Bad bad bad bad !!!

Mrs and master 2 made a spontaneous decision for a foot massage and at random stumbled across Thai Spa. Price was pretty reasonable at the outset.

During the massage staff continually spoke in Vietnamese and it was clear they werent talking about the weather and appeared to be talking about the clients and laughing... perhaps they were just enjoying their work...I dont think so. At the end of the massage Mrs was hit with the "Tip" form.

Overall the foot massage was ok, price was ok the staff let the place down. Would we go there again - No.

This is a crappy little salon with dirty curtains around each massage table that don't go the whole way around. My partner and I got facials so at least I didn't have to undress. They kept talking and laughing throughout the whole hour, and the guy doing my facial answered his mobile twice during the hour and wandered off.

The initial price was ok but then they force you to give at least a US$5 tip each at the least. They didn't deserve a tip at all.

There are much better salons than this, don't go here.

I have been having massage for over 30 years, this was the worse massage I have ever had.
Very cheap, $12 for an hour, they have staff outside handing out brochures. My wife and I went in and were shown to small cubicles separated by curtains, some staff were asleep on the tables. The acoustics in the place were terrible, a loud American was talking very loudly to staff whilst having a foot massage and it was very hard to relax. The massage itself was useless, both my wife and myself were basically given a light rub, mostly on the upper thighs. I ended up telling my masseuse to use more pressure which she begrudgingly did, my wife packed it in 1/2 way through the massage, I didn't realise until later it was because the American guy actually put his head in through the curtain to have a look. After my rub finished, I went outside to pay, they gave me a form asking to rate the massage, and what tip did I want to give. The massages were rated extremely good ($10 tip), very good ($9 tip) and good ($8 tip). Nothing there to say really bad and no tip, of course. They then told us the masseuses weren't paid and survived on tips. I refused to give them anything, the whole thing was a scam. Walked out feeling cheated for even paying $12 a massage.

Gave out brochures which had a "special" deal on a foot massage. My girlfriend and I made the mistake of walking in. At the end they demanded a tip the same price as the massage. This place should be shut down. Never ever come here.

I dont even know where to begin on how horrible this place is. We were walking and came across this shop to do our nails. The staff was talking non stop and giving us looks like they were talking about us. The whole session was also interrupted by phone calls, and them going outside the shop to get more customers. We did deluxe mani and pedi. Instead of a proper massage (which was promised in the package) all i get is a them rubbing my hand. Why would I freaking pay for someone to rub my hand? No base or top coat was applied! I wish i read the review before walking into the shop. After that, they even had the cheeck to DEMAND for a hefty tip! I didnt want to tip them at all, but they INSISTED & DEMANDED for a minimum $5 USD tip. Worst experience ever! My nail colour didnt even last more than 24 hours.

We thought it was too cheap compared to others to be true but decided to try anyway.

Was initially told it was USD9 or 210,000VND for 70mins but when we returned it was USD9 for 60mins. When we tried to say someone else told us different, she became aggresive and said "where? Tell me who say? NOBODY SAY."

Since the price was cheap we thought 60 minutes would be fine. However they provided us with clothes and towel to change into which was used by don't know how mant people(as i saw them folding the clothes I wore nicely).

The thai massage was fine for USD9 honestly. But just when were about to leave and give I know only a measly 50,000VND as tip and we honestly didn't know because we were tourists, they gave us a coupon to pay USD4 or 5 option for a tip. Or at least VND 100,000. BECAUSE TIPPING IS NOT AN OPTION BUT COMPULSORY THERE.

We stated that we were not told because we searched that tipping was not necessary. She claimed that it was basic knowledge to tip. SHE STARTED BECOMING AGGRESSIVE AND STOMPED OFF, SO WE QUICKLY GAVE 50,000 VND PER PERSON and walked off.

***IMPORTANT: I later found out from a local that vietnamese people are expected to pay the exact same price of the service as tip. So if you pay USD9, they expect USD9 as tip.

So don't be tricked. You are actually paying double of what they ask you to pay.
