楽しくて、とても美味しい

もう何度もお世話になっています。
化学調味料やゴテゴテした味付けが嫌いなYen先生のお料理は、特別にハイレベルな行程もないのにどれもこれも美味しい物ばかりです。
日本語も大変上手です。教わった物を帰宅して作ってみようと思ったら、ちょっと分からないところがあった…などもメールで丁寧に対応してくださいます。ほとんど下ごしらえをして頂いている状態で分かりやすい説明を受けながら行程を見るというスタイルなので、凝っていそうな料理でも長丁場になることはありません。

優しい先生

習いたいメニューが選べます。
私は牛肉レモングラス炒め、パパイヤサラダ、プリンを習いました。
先生は日本語がとても上手で、丁寧に教えていただきました。
料理以外のベトナムローカル情報も教えてもらって助かりました。

到着後、先生の携帯番号が繋がらない時は、メールで連絡すると迎えに来てもらえます。
料理教室の下には大きなスーパーがあり、帰りにぶらぶら見るのも楽しいです。

この周辺はタクシーが見つかりにくいので、先生に呼んでもらったほうが安全です。

空港にほど近いマンションの先生のご自宅で教えてもらえます。生春巻きはこれでもかというくらい野菜をふんだんに使ってて、日本じゃ手に入らない野菜もたくさんありましたが、先生は日本で手に入る代用の野菜も教えてくれました。先生は日本語ペラペラなので安心です。ベトナムの一般家庭にお邪魔できるのは貴重な機会でした。

日本語で学べるおいしいベトナムの家庭料理

ベトナム人の先生から直接日本語で教えてもらえるベトナム料理教室。
ベトナムの一般家庭に伺えるのも貴重。
先生は、ハノイ出身なので、味付けはハノイ風。砂糖はほとんど使わずにニョクマムの塩気で味を調えているため、日本人の口にもよく合う。
また、先生は元看護婦だったそうで、添加物は一切使わずに、品質のよいものや新鮮なものだけを使って料理を教えてくれます。
旦那様が日本人なので日本語がペラペラ。
笑顔のかわいい素敵な先生です！！
犬と猫がいるので、動物好きな方なら癒されます。

旅行会社を通さずに、直接連絡をして伺いました。
ホテルからタクシーに乗る時に先生の携帯番号を伝えて電話をかけてもらえば、先生が運転手さんに場所を説明してくれるので安心です。心配なら旅行会社を通して送迎を付けてもらったほうがいいです。
