Situated in the city center, good place to see where the Americans (and CIA) hung out. Enjoy a cold beer and take in the view from this roof top bar/restaurant. In sight is the formal CIA building where the iconic helicopter evacuations occurred during the...More

Visited as part of a tour, but more importantly to see the skyline and have a cup of coffee. Entry is through the hotel and it’s a pretty ritzy hotel. Lift to the top floor. It’s a bar with both covered and uncovered areas and...More

It’s difficult to find any positives for this review. Negatives. Unwelcoming , unfriendly staff, poor quality food, poor value for money, lack of atmosphere, poor quality decoration. Positives. It’s better than nothing if arriving late and staying at the hotel. Watching the resident mouse scurry...More

Live music, nice view, only foreigners, overpriced drinks, it’s cooler and windier than at the street level

Nice views good range of drinks but a little pricey. There is a choice of seats under a canopy if you want some shade. Not an opulent bar but is worth a visit if you are a history buff
