Myself and family only saw this Opera house from the outside, we walked pass this building twice in a few days. The Opera house is within walking distance to other sites like the city hall. This is a beautiful french looking Opera house with nice architecture, its a petty it is not open to look around during the daytime, I... More

If you have the time go to see any of the performances. We attended "The Mist". Great experience! they gave us a free tour before the performance. Otherwise you are not able to just go in and visit.

Nice, big and all but be careful of your belongings. They wait for you to walk down the stairs and steal your things. So be careful if you're tourist, please don't stand on the steps to take pictures. Stand somewhere safe and have a string attached to your wrist. Hữu ích?

We saw "The Mist" (Lune production) here. It was better than our expectations as the "AO" show was more heavily watched/reviewed by tourists. More ballet-based and maybe slower than what AO might have been but in no way less desirable. You can get a tour of the Opera House if you buy tickets for the shows and show up early!... More

We watched AO show during the weekend. Ticket bookings made online, which was cheaper. Had high anticipation of the show based on the review. It was a full house. Show was OK, entertaining and fun though nothing amazing. But it was too short. Just an hour show. On Sunday there was a band playing outside the entrance. Music was nice,... More

It is a colonial building form a bygone era. More and more a disappearing from Saigon. Be sure to use it so it stays. Love it

Great way to spend an evening. Air con and free water to make you comfortable. French style opera house. Show is great. But the cheap tickets can't see point in spending twice for same view. Enjoy!

The opera house is really beautiful, French architecture of course, like a lot of the building in HCMC. Definitely worth a look.

We went to a local show called AO and it was great. The Opera House Saigon is small so any seat is a great seat!
