Lenna supported our tour leader, Elly along with Potter on our evening tour.
She was a very competent rider I felt very safe with her.
She was friendly, courteous and respectful, allowing me to soak up the night time ambience of this vibrant and fascinating city.
I would definitely recommend ‘Saigon on Motorbike’ to learn about Ho Chi Minh City.
Thanks team!!

By far the best part of our time in Ho Chi Minh. We absolutely loved it! The tour guide and all of the bikers were great. We got to experience some great local cuisine and get a tour of the city at the same time. Would highly recommend!!
We were a group of 5 brits travelling over from Singapore, we had a private tour which was great.

By far the best food tour in Saigon! We were in a large group and our tour guides navigated the city with ease! My husband and I rode with Minh (we were unable to ride motorbikes due to injury) and we met up with our group at every stop. Minh gave us food recommendations for our next few days in the city and told us all the best spots to explore. By the end of our tour we were so sad to leave our new friends! If you want to explore the city, eat great food and make new friends TAKE THIS TOUR!

Great scooter food tour. Super fun group of guides that took us to some fantastic local food spots. Great conversation and fun touring around the city like a local - felt safe - really enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing night! Communication was easy from the beginning and I was able to schedule a tour with me and some friends without hassle. Our small group of three was picked up exactly on time in front of the Opera House. We met our guides and set off! I haven’t had this much fun in a long time. I don’t want to give too much away as there are some surprises that come up. But there was lots of food and lots of fun! I live in Saigon and will definitely continue to return to this company when more family and friends visit. The guides were knowledgeable and personable and it felt like we were just friends hanging out on the town. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to ride with you again! :)

This is my 2nd time doing a tour with SaigonOnBikes (last time was in 2016) and it continues to be one of the most fun activities you can do in Saigon. Our guides, Huong, Pumba, Alex, and Cat were all good, safe drivers and they were all a lot of fun to chat with. They took us to 5 different places where we tried 10 different vegetarian dishes. All delicious! Very highly recommend this tour!

Our family did the city tour and enjoyed every bit of it. All 7 of our tour guides were knowledgeable, nice, and charming. There wasn’t a moment when it was awkward! By the end of the tour, we felt like they were all our friends. They went above and beyond and printed us photo souvenirs ! I’d recommend this tour to all my friends planning on visiting vietnam! I can’t express how thankful we were to have such an awesome tour team!

It's amazing what you can experience in just 3 hours on a motorcycle 'round Ho Chi Minh City!
What makes the tour so unique is the fact that the guide doesn't just take you to the usual tourist spots. I was expecting to see the sights one might have read about in every travel guide. But the experience was a lot more than that! I got to briefly explore the many sections of the city, beyond the 'touristy' parts. On top of all that, getting to savour some local snacks is also included on the tour. The guide was experienced, communicates well, has a very pleasant personality, and is certainly not afraid to engage in an interesting conversation!
Tip: make sure your guide gets you the 'rice paper with beef bits-salad thing' (can't remember what it's called!). It's a simple street snack but the flavours are amazing!
They're pretty flexible as far as the route arrangment is concerned. I went for the standard route and it was brilliant. Do take note that this is pretty much designed to be a 'shotgun' sort of tour of the city. So, they'll ride pass the tourist attractions but stopping to go in is not in the plan. But again, they're flexible so if you have something different in mind, let your guide know.
I opted for the 'City Tour'. Paid 35 USD - worth every penny! The grub's included in the package.

I spent 2 days with a friend of mine in Ho Chi Minh this August. A friend recommended this "locals show you around on their motorbikes"-service to me. And we had a really, really good time with them. Thanh, the owner of this business, was really friendly with us. We did the citytour starting with a typical local breakfast and at night time we did the dinner tour hitting 5-6 local restaurants where they served a good variety of typical vietnamese foods. All in all, we had a great time. Absolutely recommendable and probably one of the best things to do in Ho Chi Minh!
(We spent the morning like 9-12am with the city tour, had a very nice hot stone full body massage (about 90min for 10€) at a place that Than recommended to us, and we met again at 6pm for the dinner tour, which also took about 2-3 hours.)

To tell the truth, I didn’t like Saigon at first. I got ripped off by the taxi driver from the airport to my hotel. He charged me $30 while the receptionist told me it should take just $10. It took me 20 minutes to cross the streets here under the crazy heat. And my camera was stolen 5 minutes after I left the hotel for a walk-to-explore-around. OMG, I didn’t have the mood for anything else here and I was feeling annoyed at Saigon. Those were enough experiences for the first day here.
I took one tour here with the thinking that this would make my day faster and easier. Thanh - the driver came and collected me at the hotel. His bike looked a bit weird to me but it was fun getting on and off. The first impression was good as he was friendly and asked me to put my bag into the box behind the bike for safety. We began the tour with me not wanting to speak but he just kept telling about the city all the time like the first Starbucks, the tallest building, Banthanh market, no McDonalds here until next year and bla bla bla. Then he made me speak by asking me questions and we started to joke around on the way. We also stopped for local drinks and meal, which were very delicious.
I told him about my first day in Saigon. He was not happy to hear but we just continued the tour anyway. The tour finished with me feeling different (in a better way) about Saigon and Vietnamese people. But what made me really moved and warm was that Thanh suggested taking me to the police station with the hope they could get my camera back. I couldn’t refuse his kindness. We were there for another 45 minutes and he did all the translations, interpretation and paper work between me and the police. And they said they’d contact me if they found it.
I didn’t have it back anyway, Thanh (and I was pretty sure about this the time I lost it). But HOW KIND were you and thank you so much for trying to help me, Thanh! There is no word that can express my appreciation to you. You had changed my mind completely. Now I love Saigon and I want to come back someday.
I definitely, highly recommend Saigon on Bikes to everyone. The riding on the bike is fun. Food and drinks are also good. Guides are nice and communicate well. Finest service ever!!!

I would like to book a dinner bike reservation for 2 adults on Jan. 31. We prefer restaurant food over street food due to our sensitive stomachs.
We will be staying at the Harmony Saigon Hotel at 32A-34 Bui Thi Xuan Steet, HCMC and please tell us what time we will be picked up and returned to our hotel. We love seafood and soup and cooked vegetables. Not real keen on lots of bread or dough dishes. We are happy to join a group. We are two middle aged foodies!
Please respond asap. Send me your price quote and exact email address.
Thank you,
