Sooooooooo relaxing! Service was quick and efficient. I called from my room to book an appointment and was told to come straight down. Massage therapist was very polite and the overall experience was enjoyable!

My partner and I had a 90 minute massage each. The staff were courteous and professional. My partner said his massage was of the best he’s had during our holiday stay. We’ve both booked in again 😃 Definitely recommend.

I was greeted with a lovely refreshing lemon drink the smell of the spa was divine!!
My anti-age Facial was so relaxing and I loved the arm and foot massage whilst i was waiting would highly recommend In Balance spa in the Novotel for a professional pampering experience!!

very rude service by inBalance spa's receptionist name of Sophie Nyguen!!!
I have suffered insults n accusation from your SPA salon at Novotel Saigon Center on 16 Sep 5pm. The SPA receptionist name of Sophie Nguyen!

I went to your SPA salon requesting for FRENCH medicure & paid cash with invoice 0001559. When I went in; therapist started with my feet and I was surprised so, I assumed it was in the package.

Till the end of servicing, your receptionist came in barking loudly & pointing finger at me accusing I requested for the chance of service!

I do not mind paying for the extra service which was just 80,000vnd a small sum to me! I am totally frustrated & trumatized by the act of your receptionist who scold & accused me in front all others!

This is NONSENSE! I requested to speak with the manager & the manager keep apologizing & told me I do not need to pay for the extra service!

I appreciates the manager & therapist kind attitude & apology. But the receptionist didnt even admit her wrong neither she apologize until I request from the manager.

I am very pissed off with such service & treatment by the receptionist! And why should I suffer such insult & accuse? Even when she apologize, she did it unwillingly!!!

If I were to cheat that extra service of 80,000vnd, then why I rejected your manager's offer to enjoy free foot massage?!

I don't need free service to feel okay! It is totally a wrong move having your receptionist shouting loudly at me!

I am here for a holiday, why should I get such mistreatment from a staff which I paid service for?

It totally damper my mood & make me feels very much insulted!!! This turns me very off!!! To received such lousy & insulting service from a reputable hotel like this!

I want to see the management taking actions on this incident!

Indeed there was a miscommunication from the Spa Receptionist to you and the attitude of the staff towards you did not reflect the standard of service we at Novotel stand for. As I mentioned to you when we met during your stay, I have already spoken to the staff in question as well as to the management of the Spa and appropriate steps will be taken to avoid any future occurrences. I do hope that you enjoyed the complimentary nail treatment we offered to you on your departure date and that you will give us another chance to serve you better when you come back to Saigon next time.
