Called in at around 730pm to ask if they were available at 930pm for a 90-minute foot massage. The lady on the line chirpily said it was fine.
Upon arrival and confirmation of our earlier reservation, the receptionist immediately served us comforting warm teas and even tried her best to take, "the best angle" of a group photo for us before we went into the massage rooms for our foot massages.
Masseuse were polite and sensitive to our massaging needs by asking if the pressure they applied was okay for us. Though it was mentioned in their menu and receipt that it wasn't required, we tipped the masseuse ladies anyway.
Overall, very good service at this price.

Centrally located. Very good. One of the best massages. I went quite a few times. I had the Gold Foot Massage 60min. Peaceful, clean, relaxing and heavenly. Just be mindful as per most massage places, the foot massage area is normally communal. Relaxing with lights out and minimal lighting. Some clients can however be very inconsiderate and talk loud. If you have a body massage, you will obviously have a room to yourself. Despite my massage being 60 minutes, they would often go over this and give you extra time and great service. Never rushed. They will soak your feet prior to the massage. The complimentary tea is nice too. Book as they are busy. Easiest is WAPP. Check the website for their number. Staff are friendly and pleasant. There are cheaper places in HCMC and massages in Vietnam are not as cheap as in Thailand but this was still worth it by Western standards 350,000 VND (January, 2023). You would never get this in London where I am originally from. This Spa is also a bit more upmarket than some of the other ones nearby. Loved the massages so can't complain. There was one girl who was very good and I usually asked for her. They are known by numbers which was quite funny. Ask for number 54. Cash only for payment so have enough to hand.

Good service. The space is comfortable with a relaxing, pleasant, cozy and traditional scent, the hallway lit from the floor is quite magical, the room is clean. Service staff are warm, enthusiastic and thoughtful, good at foreign languages, and have good techniques. The spa's location is quite convenient, right near the city theater

I’ve had many massages before but never have I walked out of one mid way. After 30 minutes I told her no more. I tolerated for as long as I could but there was absolutely zero technique. She slathered so much oil on and just brushed lightly. I forgot to take my watch off and it got oily but she wouldn’t let me take it off. Also left me undressed for 10 mins with door open to come back with her water bottle. I could also feel her nails scraping me. The cucumber she put on my face had water dripping down to my neck. Reception said sorry, it’s their technique and ended up refunding my money but it was just a terrible experience and complete waste of time. Horrible experience with the short hair masseuse. It was the end of the night. So maybe she just wanted to finish up and go home. My partner had a foot massage and his was fine. So it may be luck which masseuse you get! I would hope to think anyways. Hope for others to have a better experience than me.

As a recommendation from my friend, I came to this place for a 90’ body massage package, and it was stunning. They gave me a checking paper for referring the pressure that I want for each part of my body, I mean, how cool is that! And it was nothing to compare to the massage since the skill of my masseur was unbelievable, she controlled the pressure and made it perfectly relaxing as what I like. There are also cucumber mask and a free shower after the massage (everything was included in the package already, so I don’t have to pay any extra) but the greatest is still the massage. Because I love to pamper and treat my body right with a pleasant massage, so I’ve been experienced a lot of it in Saigon, but from now on, I think maybe I just need to go here only, because they would guarantee that my money won’t going to waste with careless and half-hearted massage. Also kudos to my friend for gave me this lovely experience! Highly recommended!

I have a chance to try The Gold Foot Massage for one hour here, and it was pretty amazing. Their style of massage is completely different from any kind of massage that I’ve tried before, in a good way. It’s a great and genuine combination between pure relaxing massage and point acupressure, and the way that the masseuse and other receptionist were trying their best to give me the satisfaction on everything has give me the strong impression. Will definitely come back for a longer package!

The 90 minute Diamond massage was excellent in a lovely clean and calm couples room. Staff were very professional and really took care of us! Price comparison around was excellent for what we received. The hot stone and cucumber face mask gorgeous touch would really recommend to all <3

Me and a friend of mine was having a nice and very relaxing time here. We've chose The Diamond 90 Body Massage package and it was totally worth it, great massage techniques, definitely helped on my stiff back and neck, good services and communication from all the staff.
Not denying that the place is quite aged, but the massage room was clean and smell good so no problem at all. We will come back and try the foot massage next time!

It felt like I was being pinched over and over again. Not at all relaxing. Actually so uncomfortable that after ten minutes I asked the therapist to stop. Another therapist was sent and it was equally bad so I asked her to stop also. Perhaps the style of massage just didn’t suit me, but I ended up leaving feeling sore and stressed after 15mins. Would not recommend at all. Had a much better massage at miu miu spa.

I had 5 massages during my visit to Vietnam and my final massage in Ho Chi Minh City at the Saigon Heritage Spa was excellent! The pressure, the cucumber mask, the stretching... everything was so perfect. I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone in the city.

unfortunately they don’t, but they have bigger room for 3 or 4 people, and if you want to stay in one room with your partner is still fine, but you need to share the room with one or 2 more customer, but they have curtain between each person so it’s fine for us.
