The views of the Cathedral outside, especially the little park with the statue of Mary Queen of Peace are more impressive than the inside, which compared to many Churches throughout Europe, is quite plain.

A must see attraction. Beautiful church in a high traffic area that maintains a park like setting. Near the post office and old but famous embassy building this is an important stop. Many inscriptions adorn the walls enshrined in the history of this sacred place. Please visit

This cathedral was built in Saigon but everything came from France. You can't go into the vestary only inside the narthex.

Beautiful building. V popular with tourists. Be careful crossing the road to get to it. Many tourists are so mesmerised by the building, they forget to consider the hundreds of mopeds rushing towards them.

Ok from the outside couldn't get in. It's on a busy intersection so if photos is what you're looking for be prepared to wait and snap quickly.

One of the must see in Ho Chi Minh city in my list together with the post office just side by side. Some bridal shot was taken here and I can understand why.

Definitely something familiar in a place of differences. Right next door to the post office and a small almost missable McDonalds. A place where plenty of visitors are keen to take pictures.

This is the famous tourist spot in HCMC. Recommended to avoid going on Sunday since they close for praying. There are a lot of restaurant and coffee shop near by.

A Catholic church with charm located in a beautiful oasis of wealth in HCMC. The French left their mark in the downtown core with this church, the opera house and the massive Post Office!

The Notre Dame was built during French Colonial period, really nice and a must to visit. Walking around the square and street feel like in Europe...., haha.
