The best time to see Ho Chi Minh Squares (in my opinion) is at night, when it is all lit up. It was a good landmark while we were in Ho Chi Minh City because our hotel was not that far away.It's a good place to people watch too.

A tourist friendly place,safe in the day and night , easy to locate ,it is good for walking and close to hotels.In the area there are goods restaurants and bars.It is closed to Opera House building.
