Really lots of fun and great info I learning local classic food dishes. Pho bo was very tasty and braised chicken in ginger was also easy to make and tasty to eat. Visited as part of Avalon cruises.

We took the vegetarian class and that was amazing. The food was great and well explained. We especially liked the walk over the market with lots of explanations!

It was a terrific two hours to how to cook Vietnamese food. Lots of fun in helping to do the cooking. And you get to eat all. Gifts at the end of lesson.
