Very good communication, car is clear and drivers are helpful.
The first car park a bit distance and diffcult to walk from the airport exit. Also, we carried 10 large suitcases. This is not a good walk.
Return car is good. Maybe my hotel district is 7 so I need pay extra. Total I spend USD 100 for 16 seats (from airport to D7) and 5 seats (from D7 to airport).

I have booked with Hoi An Express 3 times this year, for my family trip to central of Vietnam. We really appreciate their taking care of all of my trip from the first day we came until the farewell day. We always have received the best recommend how to make my trip more convenient. I think that is why I have back with them for the third time and more, of course.

Prior to travel we were contacted on whattsapp. We were greeted at the airport immediately with our names by the arrival door. Our bags were taken for us which was great. The car was a minutes walk. The hotel was checked and verified and we were driven in a lovely car, safely to our hotel. I can be an anxious traveller. But we would thoroughly recommend this service.

My sister and I did this tour of Vietnam with Hoi An Express in April. We booked the tour through Scoopon and so were wondering what to expect of the local company as it seemed very cheap to other trips to Vietnam advertised. However, we needn't have worried. The trip was excellent from the pre-trip organisation, to being met at each stop, to the hotels which were first rate as well as the junk tour. A lot of our meals were provided and they were extremely good. The tour was beautifully organised and ran like clockwork. The guides were excellent as was our transport. We were a small group of 6 which was very pleasant and the minibus was great. We flew from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang and then on to Hanoi and each flight went without a hitch. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the real Vietnam.

As part of our Vietnam tour, we were to travel from Hue to Hoi An on 28 April 2012. Instead of taking public transport such as bus or train, my wife and I opted for the Hue-Hoi An Open Tour on that day. We booked the tour online with stopandgo-hue.com at US$58/car( a four seater ). We paid cash when we arrived at Hue at Stopandgo Café which is just a short walk from Perfume River on the main road of Hung Vuong.
The driver came to pick us up from the hotel at 9.00am in a two year old Toyota Vios. At 10.45am , we stopped at Thanh Tam Seaside Resort at Lang Co Beach and visited the beautiful beach for a while and taken some pictures. At 11.30am, we drove along a winding road up the mountain passing Hai Van Pass and at the highest point, where most visitors stop for taking the panoramic shot of the bay down below. We stopped for the same purpose too. After descending the mountain, we soon reached Danang city, the third largest city in Vietnam, at 12.10 pm. We visited the Cham Museum at 30,000VND per person. The sculptures displayed are of the similar type as in Ankor Wat in Cambodia. We continued the journey and arrived at Marble Mountain at 12.50pm. The driver stopped at a marble sculpture shop and the shop assistant took us to the Marble Mountain entrance gate. It was a medium size marble hill served as a park with Buddhist temples built on it. We paid 15,000VND per person to use the elevator to go up about half the hill and another 15,000 per person as entrance fee. We stayed for a while but did not explore the many caves and tunnels which we heard off. Up at the view point, we could see the entire marble village below and the shore line of the China Beach. We came down by the elevator again by paying another 15,000VND per person. We walked around the marble sculpture factories for a short while before going to the China Beach nearby. It is a long stretch of beautiful beach with fine sand. We observed that there are many posh hotels and resorts along the beach. The beach was the landing ground and R&R for the American and Australian Armies during the Vietnam War. Our driver took us to a deserted spot where the local stalls and restaurants have been demolished awaiting for re-development into some grand resorts. By 1.40pm, we reached our hotel in Hoi An. The driver was in a hurry to go back to Hue for his family dinner as it was a public holiday to commemorate the 37th anniversary for the liberation day of Hue. The driver told us that Hoi An fell on 29th April, while Saigon on 30th April.

Me and my boyfriend had a 14 day tour going from Hanoi, to Da Nang/Hoi An, to Ho Chi Minh City ending our trip in Cambodia. I can honestly say we had the most amazing experience. Everyone from Hoi An Express was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Hanoi we were greeted by a representative who gave us all our documents and a phone so we could contact Hoi An Express whenever we needed to. We really enjoyed our tours, the tour guides were all well informed about what they were showing us and they were always helpful. Each one of them went out of their way to help us when we had a long wait at the airport or helping us find somewhere to change our money etc they helped us with things that they had no obligation to help us with. I also want to specifically mention a tour guide called Thao, she is a tour guide in Hoi An specifically, and she was absolutely amazing, so friendly and such a lovely person, she was very professional as well and definitely the highlight of my holiday. If I'm honest I didn't meet one Vietnamese person that I did not get on with. They are all such friendly and welcoming people and I would recommend anyone to go and visit Vietnam because I guarantee you will have an amazing time. Not to mention the country and the culture itself is very beautiful. The scenery of the cities and the rural areas are so beautiful and we were lucky enough to experience these with good weather. If you are considering Hoi An Express, hesitate no further you will have an amazing holiday for sure!

Vung Tau is not worth a visit as it has nothing really to offer. There are many sites that are filled with rubbish and although the town has a myriad of drunken Australians only there for cheap booze and cheap girls, the town is not really set up for foreign tourists. The beach is at times covered with rubbish, even dead animals and is not conducive to sunbathing or sitting and having a picnic. A lot of the locals resent foreigners and those who seem to help are likely to cheat you. Go further north to Da Nang or Hue An, that is unless you want to visit the myriad of girly bars that originally attracted the rather old Australians.
Vung Tau has many hotels even a so-called 5 star one all of which are overpriced and staffed by ill-trained staff. Many of the staff are young and are trying to get into the 21st century but Vung Tau but stand little chance of succeeding in Vung Tau. Vung Tau languishes in the past even though it has modernized considerably with its buildings and streets. It also still suffers from the influx of motorbikes at weekends from Saigon. Vung Tau is a place to avoid.

We purchased our Hoi An Express Tour through a Scoopon deal. At first I was a little worried to be planning our whole holiday through a foreign travel company- but I did not need to worry at all!
We were very impressed with the high level of organisation and professionalism that we experienced with this company. Our emails and inquiries were responded to promptly. When we arrived in Hanoi we were provided with a wealth of information and even a mobile with a Vietnamese SIM card so that we could contact Hoi An Express if needed. The hotels that we stayed at were excellent and all tours were of a very high quality. We felt that our whole trip was planned perfectly and that we had the right balance of tours and free time. I have recommended Hoi An Express to all of my friends and family. We hope to travel with them again!

I was looking for an all inclusive tour that could cover the length of Vietnam (I wanted to go from Saigon to Hanoi), and looked at a number of providers to see what they could offer.
I originally discovered Hoi An Express from ScoopOn (online deal site in Australia), but was a little sceptical as the deals there can be rather hit and miss.
After sending the Hoi An Express team an email, I pleasantly found they could fit in around my dates, and gave me a high degree of confidence in their ability to deliver a decent tour.
I opted for the 5 star package, but found users who opted for the 4 and 3 star packages came on the same tours/flights, with the only difference being the hotels we stayed at.
The 5 star hotels were all very lovely, and the tours (which again, were the same no matter the star rating selected) were all fantastic!
Our tour was a small group of 4 people (myself and my other half, and two others), making for a really private and nice experience.
All the tour guides, buses, and experiences were exceptional... and i'd highly recommend them to others.

Our tour was purchased through Scoopon. From the first contact, everything was spot on with Hoi An Express. We extended our stay at both ends and all details were taken care of.
The tour guides were fantastic and tour itself had a little bit of everything - food, culture, activity and relaxation. We had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend Hoi An Express to anyone. As for value for money... we started adding up accommodation, day tours, etc and realized we could not have come anywhere near the low cost of the tour package they put together. Accommodation was top notch. It was all just fabulous!!! Anyone reading this who is planning a trip with these guys... you're in for a treat. Enjoy!

Hi there,
My husband and I are very interested in purchasing the 10 day South to North Vietnam tour via Scoopon with Hoi An Express.
In February, I emailed Hoi An Express with a few questions and have not received a reply. I again emailed 10 days ago- no reply. I then sent two more emails to two different Hoi An Express email addresses last week- nothing. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Is this a legitimate tour?
I also emailed Scoopon who promptly answered my questions to the best of their ability, and I have just replied asking what their customer feedback is like from this deal.
We were so excited to book this trip but it's not looking promising! Has anyone had similar issues?

We have just completed this tour 2 weeks ago. We purchased the tour from Groupon which I am sure is aligned with Scoopon. Groupon said we must book 30 days in advance we stuffed up, we only had 2 weeks. On emailing Hoi An Express with our request they replied promptly with a yes we can help. Everything was handled very professionally and we had the best 10 days with great guides, wonderful accommodation and food and company with our fellow guest s whom all enjoyed the hospitality of Hoi An Express. The guides were amazing in here knowledge, hospitality and friendliness. Don't hesitate to book if you can contact them. Perhaps you have the wrong contact details . .

We have booked a south to North tour and are flying into Hoi Chi Minh City on Tuesday July 11th from Australia. In our itinerary it states that someone will help us with our visa when we arrive. How does this work as I thought we will not see a representative from you company until we are through customs?

When we arrived and got off the plane we walked into the visa / customs area. Our HE representative was waiting for us and pulled us aside to collect our passports and the visa fees $50USD ( for 2) He then asked us to sit down while he organised the visas. There was a massive queue of people doing their own but he walked right up to the front of the line to start the process. About 10 minutes later he returned with our passports and visas and directed us to get in the line to go through customs. We didn't see him again and after passing through customs we went downstairs and collected our luggage and exited the arrivals area where another HE representative a nice young lady was waiting with our names on a sign. It was pretty straight forward 👍😀

Hi, we are cruising to Ho Chi Minh City May 2018, staying over night and planning on doing 2 private tours. I have a 6 foot 3 hubby and wondering how much room is there to get around in the tunnels? Thanks

Your husband will definitely get in the tunnels. Even the one you drop down into and put the lid on top. My husband is 6ft and broad and couldn't believe he fitted in the hole. (Diagonally and with arms up!) The stretch of tunnel you can go along will be uncomfortable for him if he crouches perhaps but he can crawl through easily. Do not miss it.

- We have starting day: 07 Oct 2017. You could have 1 free day prior to starting day.
- We will pick you u at 03:00am and transfer to your hotel. That means you have to pay 2 nights free prior to starting day.
- Regarding VISA, once you provide air tickets and Scan of Passports, we will submit Pre-Approval letter (1 month - single entry) for you.
