Bitexco Financial Tower at a height of 262 meters is the tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City up to date. With design concept is taken from the shape of a lotus bud, the Vietnam national flower, Bitexco Financial Tower is not merely a building which is covered in glass and steel, but also a symbol of beauty and the rapid development of Ho Chi Minh City economy, a key economic region in Vietnam. Bitexco Financial Tower is a typical example for creativity and unique design.

One of the tower highlights is the first observation in the city at 49th floors. Saigon Skydeck has opened for all visitors from January 1, 2011. With a full range of services and facilities for visitors, the Skydeck has officially opened to welcome visitors both domestic and international visitors since July, 2011. Visitors have the opportunity to visit Saigon Skydeck, not only enjoy the full sight of the Ho Chi Minh City and Saigon River, but also have the chance to use the facilities and services at this Skydeck. With many activities will be held at the Skydeck during this year, with special offer prices for different customer groups, the Skydeck will be an attractive destination in the journey of Ho Chi Minh City's for both domestic and international tourists.

If you want to experience an arial or birds-eye view of the city, then this is a must go in your Saigon itinerary. Best time to view is around 6pm onwards. You get to see how the city looks during the daytime and night time as well.

You can choose to pay a ticket for the Sky deck on the 49th floor or pay for a drink on the 52nd floor at the bar to see the view. Drinks are a little expensive but either way you will pay. We can at night time and it was quite pretty seeing the city lot up even though it... More

This 'attraction' is in The Rough Guide to Vietnam. As I was at a loose end I timed my visit for just prior to sunset to catch my views over the city. What can I say.... It's no better than ok, and by Ho Chi Minh standards very expensive.

Check out the view of HCMC, from the 52nd floor of the Bitexco Financial Tower. Don't pay to go to the top floor, say that you want to have a Coffee/Drink at the Heli Bar (where the Helicopter Pad is located) and you won't have to pay for entry. The price of a Coffee/Drink is cheaper than the entry to... More

Very nice view of the city. If you want to go to the observation floor go their first and you will receive a discount if you plan on eating in the Resteraunt. We are at the local cuisine one on I think floor 50 and it was very good. Prices were not that bad it is like eating a meal... More

Visiting the sky deck of the Bitexco building gives excellent views of the city. You can see the entire city and get some great pictures. My only complaint is that the entire skydeck is behind glass.

We were a group of 6 friends travelling to Vietnam for the first time, spending over 3 weeks of travel there. We loved having cocktails at sunset on our 2nd night in town. A bit pricey for Vietnam but very reasonable in terms of US$. Service was attentive and swift and the views over the city were mesmerising. The elevator... More

This is the largest building in Ho Chi Minh City so you have a great overview for miles and miles. There is an entrance fee and you will go up to a dedicated floor. There is a small shop where you can buy drinks and souvenirs. There are also clean toilets. Is it a must see? Probably not but it... More
