We were staying just up the road and went up after lunch when the visibility seemed clear and to get our of the heat of the day. Good views, well-signposted and annotated to recognise or find landmarks. and coolly airconditioned. Quite expensive in context of Vietnam pricing (a guide on a tour asked about it and said she'd like to go but hard to afford), but if you value a view is worth it.

Such a lovely way to get a feel of this city. Once you work out where your hotel is everything else seems to fit into place. We went just before sunset so we could watch the city lights come on. It was a lovely experience - the cafe wasn’t open but that’s ok it was just fabulous to be there!
It’s not expensive so just do it!

We attended today and found it to be ok a little underwhelming and VDONG 200000 per adult a little high for what it is. Gives good view of city in all directions . We went in the afternoon and found it very hazy my tip would be to attend at night when the city will be under lights .

The platform with 360 degree views can be visited for 200.000 Dong, which is quite expensive, but comparable to European prices. It’s sad that one can’t go outside and some of the windows could use some cleaning. The views on the sunset in the city were very nice though.

Great views from the 49th floor. However I found for the cost of entry to the Sky Deck, approx $10 per person, was pricey...there was limited things to do once on the 49th floor...there were telescopes, souvenirs shop and a history room of dresses through time. However you could complete all activities within 20 mins.

The souvenir shop offered free bottles of water.

The cafe was pricey (approx £4 per coffee).

Ok, so we were dropped off here for our half day in Ho Chi Min, there are free toilets on first floor up the escalator and cash machines on the ground floor.
There is a sky deck to visit.
I believe this was the tallest building when it was built and it has a helicopter pad 2/3 the way up.
There are offices and shops here.
Outside on the street, there are numerous people selling hats, gifts, t shirts and you are free to barter for the best price, they seem to prefer dollars as a currency.
5 baseball caps for 5 dollars was the best deal I saw struck

We went to the skybar in the evening and had 2 cocktails. This cost marginally more than the price of admission to the sky deck (maybe $1-2 more but still entirely reasonably priced), however the drinks were good, the staff were friendly and they gave us a seat by the window when one became available. We were not pressured into drinking quickly or buying more drinks. There was (really good) live music and the views are spectacular. Well worth an hour of your time in HCM. Highly recommended!

Don’t miss this stop in HCMC. Amazing views of the city and the best place to watch the sun set over this massive metropolis. Very interactive and binoculars are great for spotting places in the city we’d already visited. Great restaurants nearby for after sunset eats.

We visited the Bitexco tower in February 2020. If you go to saigon city this is a must. We went on the Heineken experience, well worth the extra few Viet-Dong it cost over the standard Sky deck tour. The 360 Deg views over the city are breathtaking. The tour included information about brewing Heineken in Saigon, A lesson in pouring the perfect glass of beer, Which you get to drink, plus another two beers to savour as you take in the views. They also give you a personalised bottle of Heineken with a message of your choice. Try and time your visit to coincide with the sunset, its unbelievable. All the staff are freindly and exteremely helpful. I would highly recommend paying this attraction a visit.

The whole city looks beautiful from this tower. Its ticket is reasonably priced. Best time to go is before the sun set so that u get to see day time view and night view with the city lit up fully.
