The reservation and payment process was smooth. Very reasonable price. We were met BEFORE immigration in person. They took our photo so that the driver in the arrival area actually approached us at the meet point. Nice vehicle. Safe driving. Courteous driver.

It worked as planned, the driver met us at the designated point, with a brand new Ford 4X4, with good air con. He assisted with the bags, so all in all a great experience.
We tried to book the return transfer from the hotel to the airport, this caused major issues. Firstly it is very difficult to find the 'return journey' on the website, plenty of airport to hotel transfers, but very difficult to find the return,. Beetrip helpful but I think our credit card has been hacked on their website. We will await our credit card statements to confirm.

My tour guide showed up early, asked what my interests were, and suggested sites I'd be interested in. It was a bespoke tour! I had a terrific time with Shane (tour guide) and would absolutely use Beetrip again!

We met our driver on arrival at the airport as arranged. He took a picture of us I guess so he could find us after he collected his car.
the vehicle was an almost new Ford 4X4 with lots of room for luggage, and with working aircon. very good experience.
we wanted to book the return journey but this proves almost impossible on the BeeTrip website. Eventually we asked the hotel to telephone BeeTrip and we established email contact. They were very helpful and the pickup worked well, not sure why the return journey cost moor than the airport pickup.
nice car and helpful driver, but BeeTrip could get more business if their website made booking easier

so i was gonna came here with one of my friends but unfortunately she had to cancel the trip last minute!! :-(
i decided to go anyway since we’ve booked everything.
when i got here i chose Beetrip and got Qui to took me around the city.
Qui was the friendliest, funniest tour guide, very easy to talk to, very thoughtful of him to bring me sunscreen, i forgot to bring it :D. not only did he take me to cool places, he also knows a lot of fun facts that only the locals know.
one more thing i love about him is he knows where to get the BEST Saigon street foods!! i enjoyed bep xao very much!!!! and also goi cun, com tam, banh mi omo, banh canh,... boba milk tea takes me a few times to fall in love with!!!

It was our first time travelling to Ho Chi Minh city, crowded and busy. Beetrip has arranged us a perfect tour with informative tour guides and safety drivers. Our guides were Johnny, Will and Alex, they were really helpful and considerate that we was ensure about safety tips during the tour. Being on the back of the scooters, went to all the amazing places, trying authentic Vietnamese cuisines: Banh trang nuong (vietnamese pizza), rice paper with salad, pho, banh khot..., which were absolutely delicious. After the tour, they also recommended us good places to go and popular restaurants to eat as we was going upward to the north of Vietnam. You made our trip memorable. The best trip we've ever had. Thanks again! Highly recommended.

It was a very very intetesting and impressive tour tonight. My tour guide Anthony (Viet Dung) explained me very much and showed me a lot of interesting locations. Also he tried to learn with me vietnamese. But I didn't checked it 😂. We had a funny evening and he drove me secured through this crazy traffic😓. Many Thank's, Antony, it was a great evening.....👍👍👍👍

I did return airport transfers with VIP fast track upon arrival. Certainly fuss free and stress free.
I also did a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels and city tour. It was pleasant and Leo, my guide, was excellent. I do not enjoy the car ride however because its annoying to have the driver keep sounding the horns even though I certainly think that a little more patience will help. I know Vietnamese have this issue with the horns when driving but this particular driver was terrible! The drivers who took me from and towards the airport weren't so bad, sounding the horns when only absolutely required. I would have given a 5 if the tour ride was great.
