We were staying near Ben Thanh market and was looking for a massage place. Found this by chance and hit the jackpot. Tucked away down an alley near McDonald's and voila...a hidden oasis. It felt very zen and the receptionist spoke English well. We started off with a nice tea and a cold washcloth which was perfect since we were hot and sweaty when we arrived (walked 7 min from our hotel) By the time our massage started, we were cooled down and ready. My masseuse was My and she had the hands of an angel. We had the 90 min energize massage and so glad we opted for the longer massage. She found every kink in my shoulder and back and smoothed it out. I wish I was there another day as I would've definitely gone back. It wasn't much more than the other places and worth every penny. These ladies work very hard and earned their tip twice over. I will back if I'm ever back in Ho Chih Minh.

Tucked away on the walking street, in a little alley there is a serene little spa. I loved my massage and hair treatment. Both clinicians knew what they were doing. The place was very clean and relaxing, fairly priced. This was a favorite stop and if I ever make it back to the city, I will return.

We were met by a fluently English speaking owner who made sure that our masseuse knew which areas we needed to have taken care of. We had a 1.5hr Swedish and pressure point massage and it was excellent. The place is tastefully decorated and very tranquil. Staff are attentive and caring. We highly recommend this place.

My friend and I treated ourselves to a spa package at Glow Spa at the end of our trip. It's a small spa so they really took care of us. The massage was one of the best I've had and the facial was amazing too. The product smelled nice and my face felt really cleaned afterwards. The spa is right in the city center, next to Mojo Cafe and Sushi Tei restaurant, but can be missed since it's hidden in a bamboo garden. It's a peaceful place and highly recommend it.

My friend and I had a facial Glow Spa. My friend got the Biolift and I had the collagen facial. After 2wks of traveling our face really needed cleaning and moisture especially with the pollution and sun exposure. The facial products smelled nice and was gentle on my skin. There was a lot of massage on the face, shoulder and neck. So that was a nice bonus - got my face cleansed AND massage for my sore shoulder! This is a cute spa tucked away from the busy main street. You wouldn't know there was a spa retreat right in the city and we only found it by chance thanks to Google maps. Overall great service and location. It's a small spa so make sure to book first!

Due to Covid-19, I was looking for a clean spa that wasn’t too crowded. Thankfully, I found Glow Spa which is located just down the street where I was staying. A short walk down a walkway off Nguyen Hue, the spa is surrounded by a garden. Inside was spotless and there were no other customers there at the time. All staff were wearing face masks and they had hand sanitizers available so I felt safe. The massage was great and the whole experience was very relaxing! Definitely recommend!

I just literally finished my massage session at Glow Spa and had to do a review right away. It is one of the best massages I've had since I started traveling a few weeks ago. Believe me, I've tried many - from luxury to basic but by far this is the best. The girl masseuse worked deeply on my shoulder and back, where I needed it most. I could have focused for 1 hour just on my back side. It felt so good and was disappointed that my 90 minute session was over so quickly. I'm booking another session in before I leave.

While on holiday, my mum and I decided to pop in for a massage after reading all the tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, quality of service was superb. It may cost a little more than other places, but it's definitely worth it!

I was desperately needing a massage and so glad that I found Glow Spa. It's a small place right off Nguyen Hue surrounded by bamboo trees and garden. It's a very relaxing environment. I had the swedish massage which was both relaxing and therapeutic. They were very accommodating. I asked to focus mainly on my back, shoulder and neck and the masseuse did a terrific job. I felt great afterwards! Would highly recommend.

Thank you for making the effort to find Glow as it is tuck off the main road. We are very pleased to know that you enjoyed your massage. Hidden away in an alley in the center of Saigon is a very interesting, well decorated, and nice massage lounge. The exterior is designed in a Vietnamese/Polynesian Style with stone steps leading to the lobby. Inside the decor is relaxing with wooden furniture and a mild green coat of paint and white ceiling.

The tea served here is just amazing!

The chairs where you sit to do foot massages are custom made in the form of round boats are covered with soft pillows and provide maximum comfort.

The service personnel is polite, friendly, well spoken in English (possibly Japanese as well) and very good at their job.

If you happen to be walking around the Saigon Opera house area and have the need to relax for an hour or two, this is the place to be~

Dear Nguyen T, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for Glow. I am very pleased to read your praise for our service, atmosphere and of course the welcome and post treatment drinks. Thanks for noting our location. Though we are located right in city center - our little oasis is sometimes missed because we are tucked in a wide alley leading into a parking lot. But the plus side is that we are the only spa in the city center that has a bamboo garden and pool view which you can enjoy when you're doing a foot massage or any of our nail services. Thanks again for visiting Glow and we hope to see you again on your next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Regards, Thuy Owner

I went to this on my second last day staying in Vietnam. After a long trek through Vietnam from the North (Hanoi) and finally arriving in the South (Saigon/HCMC), travelling for a few weeks. We decided to treat ourselves a bit having travelled for a few weeks already.

The experience started great. We were greeted upon entry, shown what type of massages were available (Don't worry, this is not a Rub and Tug type place) and we were satisfied, so we purchased 2 packages for the each of us. The massages that we selected took almost 3 hours. One of the massages being something I've never tried before, Hot Stone Massage, where they use warm stones with the massage.

At first, the stones felt great while I was lying on my stomach and was instructed to then turn over and to lay on the rocks underneath me with towels between my back and the stones. I felt a bit uncomfortable after a few minutes. However, I wasn't sure if the stones were too hot, or if the stones were jagged causing the discomfort with the weight of my body on the stones (the room was dark and I was never shown what the stones looked like, so I didn't know what to expect). The masseuse was very nice and asked if everything was ok, because I kept squirming. I said that the stones may be too hot, but I'm not sure but it's a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps it was my fault for not asking her to check, but I was unable to tell in my half asleep manner from the ealier part of the massage which was great and put me to an almost zen like state.

After the massages were completed, we got our stuff and we tipped them thinking wow, we feel great. On the way walking back to the hotel, I felt discomfort from my shirt rubbing my back as we walked. Thinking that maybe the warmth of the stones made my skin more sensitive, I manned up and ignored the sensitivity on my back. Upon returning to the hotel for a shower, my friend pointed out that my back was burned and blistering with six circular shapes like the stones down my back, with the top two having blistering bubbles from being burned.

I wasn't so upset at first, because it was a mistake and I can swallow that. I didn't want to get the masseuse in trouble, because she did in fact do a good job massaging, but didn't lay enough towels between my back and the hot stones. I suppose that could happen to anyone, but what got me was that I immediately emailed the comments email address on the website and sent pictures of my back to the comment line, but received no response from management. I would at least expect a response back with an apology of some sort. Heck, even an offer of a refund (or at least partial refund) would have been appreciated, but it has been over a week since I've left Asia sent that email and still I have yet to receive any response from anyone at Glow Spa. The fact that they didn't respond was quite dissappointing and I`m not even angry about the massage, but because of how the management ignored my email completely. Due to their lack of professionalism in the follow up is the only reason that I`ve given this place a poor review. Otherwise, I would have given an average to a good review even after the accident, had they responded to my email.

Would I come here again on my next visit, probalby not.

Dear Mike, Let me first say that I am deeply so sorry to hear about your warm stone experience and sorry that we could have not managed the problem when you were still in Vietnam. We did not receive any emails from you regarding the incident with the photos you mentioned (it may have gone into spam). I checked our inbox over again and still could not find your email. We are always responsive to our guests, from the first email inquiry to responding to comments at the end of the service. So it came as a shock to see this review and disappointed that we didn't have the opportunity to not only compensate you but also to give advice on how to care for your back. I don't accept injuries of this nature lightly and will take measures to ensure that it does not happen again. I think this lesson is safety takes priority over relaxation as we have had customers who have requested the stones to be hotter. Thank you for being fair about the review and I can understand how it would upset you to the point of having to address this on TA. I would too if the establishment did not respond to my concerns. But unfortunately, it's difficult to know whether the email just was not received or it was ignored. I know we can't turn back the clock to fix the situation but I would still appreciate if you could re-send the email to booking@glowsaigon.com and in tandem we will try to find your email in our records to contact you personally (just in case you don't read this reply). Once again my deepest apologies for the incident and that we were unable to respond to your comments in a timely manner. Regards, Thuy
