The Golden Dragon Water Puppet Show is definitely a must see show. Something different. It lasts about 45 minutes and is based on puppets acting and dancing in a pool on the stage. Have not see a show like this anywhere else. They have 3...More
This was a fun afternoon activity. It was in Vietnamese, but you are able to follow along and understand what is happening through the puppets actions. We booked our tickets directly through the theatre and picked them up the thirty minutes early as per instructions....More
Unseen puppeteers perform a show with a great variety of scenes all over a pool of water, while a traditional Vietnamese orchestra provides accompanying background music and singers tell the stories being acted out by the puppets (everything is in Vietnamese but can still enjoy...More

After doing some tiring activities around the city this is the best way to end your day.I admire all the puppeteers doing their thing submerged in water. This should not be missed during your stay in saigon.Great show .

The water puppet show was refreshing, interesting and entertaining to me, not just for the kids. It was conversed in local language so couldn't understand, but could likely guess what's going on. Will be more meaningful with English sub-titles on the story. People are still...More

My visit to this puppet show was through a tour agency and it also combined a river cruse dinner. We were all adults. But from my travel experience , tour prices for children below 12 years of age will normally and certainly be a lower rate.
I believe it will be the same here too.
