If you like a company that keeps you waiting, this is the company for you!!! Left stranded for almost an hour without any communication as to where the drivers were. Cue the infant travellers getting restless. In the end we did not get a refund and was expected to pay in full without getting any service. To make things worse, they increased the return price without any justification. Would not recommend.

Rude taxi arrangement Ho Chi Minh to Muine

Our family was very disappointed for this company arrangerment. We booked a car to Muine from Saigon and paid in advance but nobody pick us up at the airport till we called for the seller purchased.
He said must be wait for the taxi come in 30 minutes and we have waited for over 60 minutes but no taxi came.
That is a cheat and rude agent i have worked so far.
All people must be carefull and avoid to work with this car rental.

We used Saigon Mui Ne Transfers for a number of airport transfers and also for a private tour for our family group of 2 adults.
The drivers for the transfers were always there on time, had clean cars and knew where to take us to.
As we had limited time in Ho Chi Minh we organised a private tour to the Mekong and Cu Chi tunnels for our group. Driver is very good English and was also good fun joining in with our Aussie sense of humor. The tour included so much that it was exceptional value for money.

Dangerous sleepy driver, unprofessional, and no duty of care to passengers. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY

I booked a transfer from Can Tho to HCMC. The driver arrived at our hotel but had no details of our name. The hotel was reluctant for us to get in the car. The drivers name and vehicle registration were different to what we were given by this company. It took 15 minutes to verify that the driver “changed the vehicle without telling the company”. He could not even tell us the company name. This should have rung alarm bells. The car was dirty on the outside. DONT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS OF VEHICLES ON THE WEBSITE. After about an hour the driver showed signs of tiredness as he was drifting into other lanes. Scary. so I used my translate app and asked if the driver could stop for a break. He did. At the toll stops! He put water on his face to wake up. He stopped another 3 times - once to get more water. For himself only. We sat in that cramped car for 4 hours. No water was given to us (the first vehicle in Vietnam to do this). No restroom breaks. And no lunch break. We were watching him the whole time to make sure he didn’t fall asleep. A MOST DANGEROUS DRIVER, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO DUTY OF CARE. Do not book this company if you value your life. And we paid 2,500,000VND for this. Absolutely disgusting.

Excellent customer service and excellent car service!

I visit Vietnam often, and this is the first time to use Saigon Mui Ne Transfer. I am happy to have fornd them because the provide terrific customer service. The drivers are on time, courteous and excellent on the road. On this trip, we visited Jardin du Mekong homestay in Ben Tre province of the Mekong Delta. It was a relaxing quiet retreat. I slept well despite the early morning wake up call of the rooters. Food was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to get a real feel of Vietnam. I highly recommend Saigon Mui Ne for any transportation needs. Pricing is competitive and reasonable, and cars are new and clean.
