Hard to know where to begin. If I could rate them 6 out of 5 I would.
Absolutely amazing experience. True VIP treatment with excellent skilled staff.
Honestly can't recommend enough.
Best male salon I've been to anywhere in the world.
They really take their time doing treatments, absolutely never rushed, I really felt extremely well looked after.

I'm telling you, this is the place. After looking in the mirror while stuck in town between meetings, I realized I needed to clean it up a little. A few What's Aps later and I was set with a manicure, shave and haircut.
The place ain't easy to find.... through an art gallery, up some shady-looking stairs until it opens up to reveal a coffee place, a bombAF whiskey bar and the salon.
First, two girls each took a hand and went to work on my neglected fingers. Then, I got a great haircut to clean me up a little, followed by a shampoo and shave.
I launched myself out of there 90 minutes later looking about as close to being born a new as I'm ever going to look after 53 years on this planet.
The staff is great, the vibe is gentleman style and I will definitely do this again if I'm ever back in this really cool city.

One of my favorite tings about visiting Vietnam is the barber shop straight edge razor shaves (head and face). I've visited many and Brother's is as good as it gets. They really took their time and made sure that every edge of the beard was straight and the head was perfectly smooth. I read online that it is on the first floor which was deceiving because apparently they consider what I call the first floor the "ground floor" so you will have to take a few flights of stairs. You will enter the art alleyway and make your first right then hit the stairs at the end of the hall. Once upstairs you will have the pleasure of walking through the Couleurs by Rehahn gallery which is a must see. Two birds with one stone here. You can definitely find a less expensive shave in town but the experience will not match Brothers. I look forward to returning next year.

Avoid this establishment. I believe they use tourists and guests to train their people. At least it was in my case. Went there to get a haircut. One of the ladies suggested getting shaved also because I didn't shave for 2-3 days. The lady who shaved my beard was excellent. Then, a guy approached and started using a hair dryer on me. I told i I hadn't hair cut yet. He asked me to move to another chair and started cutting my hair. I told him what I wanted. Apparently, he didn't speak any word of English. He cut my hair so badly that when I got home, I was furious. I believe the guy didn't have any training.
My head looks like the TV show cone heads. I'm considering reversing the charge for the haircut. That's a message for the manager not to use the guests in their country for training purposes.

Stellar. Great haircut & best overall experience. First, the barber cut my hair and it was probably the best cut I’ve ever had. The dude is an artist and a master of his craft. Following that a woman took me to have my hair washed and massaged my scalp, shoulders and arms for 20-30 minutes. After that the barber dried my hair. Overall it took about an hour. I wish I could have this experience every time I get a cut. BTW, did I mention some sort of Parisian music playing softly throughout this magical experience?

Sadly I booked my appointment over a month in advance my cut was by the captain of attitude of EGO! His cut no different than a Great Clips cut at downtown Sioux City Iowa. Shave okay. Facial better than okay . No conditioner and again treated like a piece of live stock for slaughter!!! Relaxing ??? as close to watching paint dry!!! But be sure to make sure to feed Captain Wonderful the barber's ego!!

Amazing experience here. I didn’t have an appointment and I walked in and was getting my hair cut within 5 minutes. Everyone spoke good english and the barber even gave me tips and his own ideas about what he thinks would better suit my hair. Really happy with the cut and would definitely recommend. There’s also a really nice bar here where I had some really nice food

I needed a haircut... I was looking at lots of different places, all very cheap (that's a bit how I think 😃). However, my wife saw Brother's and insisted I went there! My wife was right. Best haircut I ever had. Attention to detail, head washing and massage. Perfect. Around $15 which is half of what I pay in UK. Fabulous

Best haircut experience I’ve had in a long long time. Very clean and classy place. Great attention to detail and the massage shampoo was amazing. Been traveling SE Asia for the past month from the US and needed a trim. This place was perfect. Heads up, they stay busy so don’t expect them to sit you down right away. You may have to come back a half hour or hour later. Totally worth it though.

I have been taking care of myself as a man for a very long time. Personal grooming has been paramount in my life, and I believe that Brothers was one of the best experiences I have had in my life. I usually will shave my head and manicure my own nails as I travel, but this was a very special place. Billy Holiday is playing in the background and me being pampered like the king I am. Thank you, Brothers, for creating a sacred space for 🤴.
