Service with a smile, even when the customer may not deserve it!
I arrived at Silk Wax Works mistakenly believing I had an appointment for 13:15. I was informed that the waxist was not there and would not be available until 15:00. Admittedly, I was not happy and a bit rude about being asked to wait for two hours. The manager/owner was so kind and helpful the whole time - and in the end it turned out to be MY mistake. I was at the wrong place!
The waxist very kindly came in early and saw me at 14:00. I’m glad I stayed because it was one of the best waxes I have ever had. Fast, hygienic, and painless. Highly recommend!

Since moving to HCMC nearly a year ago, I have tried several places for leg and bikini waxing. Silk Waxworks is the BEST facility. It is clean, the staff are well-trained and the materials they use are new. I have had some horrible experiences of waxing this year, but Silk Wax Works came through for me.

I have had my share of scary/embarrasing/down right horrific waxes during the last 3 years in Asia. I hadnt had one in like 1 year i was sooo scared to go anywbere again. I was so pleasantly suprised, they were professional, quick, painless and knowledgeable. 1000000% recommended!

I (male) went here to wax (a part of) my beard. The guy who helped me knew exactly what he was doing. He used a very soft wax which was gentle and nice for my skin. He took care of my skin pre- and after waxing. He even offered to wax my unibrow (in the making) for free!
I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you need a wax!

I️ am in Ho Chi Minh for a few weeks from Australia and I️ needed a wax so I️ looked for some recommendations on Trip Advisor and I’m so glad I️ took the advice of other travelers. A wonderful warm face greeted me at the doors and he spoke great english, he was so helpful and made me feel so welcome. Waxing was quick and painless! Thank you for your fantastic service!

I came to this place to get my very first "boyzilian" wax and was, I have to admit, very afraid and embarrassed.
The man who took care of me made sure I feel comfortable, took great care of my hair, was very patient and highly professional. I can only recommend Silk Waxworks.
Living in Saigon, I ll come back to this place for sure!

First time come here for Brazilian wax , and they use hard wax, it's very excited and professional. Their products from Australia and almost pain free waxing . All worth it !

I tried so many waxing places and this one just stands out: it's clean, the staff leaves a professional impression and is fast. The only negative point is that it's in District 2 :)
