I created these tours with the purpose of taking tourists from all over the world to explore Saigon, taste Vietnamese street food off of the beaten path and experience the life of the local people. Superb walking food tour

We booked the private walking tour with a total of five family members (staying at two separate hotels), and each of us were thoroughly impressed. Phuong and Eugene displayed the utmost professionalism while demonstrating their deep knowledge of the history and culture behind Vietnamese cuisine. They were also extremely accommodating with my dietary restrictions by going above and beyond my expectations. It was definitely the best way to kick start our trip and we certainly felt their hospitality. We would 100% recommend to anybody and everybody who considers themself a foodie!

Unforgettable and unmissable experience in Ho Chi Minh

Sydney was an exceptional tour guide - we had so much fun, the food was amazing with loads of variety - you definitely get your moneys worth. Sydney also showed me some historic parts of the city which was very cool and added in some personalised touches such as flower oragami. I couldn’t recommend this tour and tour guide more. Sydney catered to any requests I had without hesitation (I changed my pick up and drop off points). Especially as a solo female traveller I felt so at ease from the beginning and genuinely feel like I struck up a friendship with Sydney. This was an unforgettable experience!

Best food tour in HCMC

My boyfriend and I were told about Street Food Man by a couple we met in a bar and thought we'd give it a go after just arriving in HCMC. Our walking tour with Durong was absolutely amazing! We ate plates and plates of delicious food we were fit to burst. Durong our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Never once did it feel awkward being with a stranger and it was like we'd known each other years. Durong was also so helpful with some of our other questions and he also shared so much interesting information about Vietnamese culture. We particularly enjoyed seeing parts of the city that might have been areas we wouldn't visit on our first time in Vietnam as they were a little more off the tourist track.

If you're in HCMC and want a real Vietnamese food experience, this tour is worth every penny (and every calorie!)

Memorial experience in Saigon with the best company!

Gracie and Eugene are amazing tour guides! We were expecting only a street food tour and we got so much more: history of the food and the city, and new friends! They were very welcoming and friendly and paid a lot of attention to details. Not only did they took the time to explain all the details of each dish and how to properly eat each dish, but also all the history of the dishes and the surrounding neighborhoods where we found the dishes. They explained how each herb and spice tastes and which dishes they pair with; the local history of the night markets and flower markets; the history behind the name of a 3-generation restaurant; the history of the oldest apartment buildings in the city; what each district in the city is known for; how to properly pronounce several Vietnamese phrases and dishes; and so much more! The food was already delicious, and it tasted even better in great company like Gracie and Eugene!

The next time we come back, we would love to meet with Gracie and Eugene again, they made our experience in the city so memorable and special!

A Vibrant Eating Tour immersed in Vietnamese Culture

What a night! These 3 young adults took 14 60 somethings on a vibrant 6 stop food tour. Unbelievable Vietnamese cuisine in alleys and small shops. The restaurant owners were so passionate, food was soooo plentiful, and everything on china, little tables and chairs, authentic to this area. We watched the street shop owners during our meal to make candy, wares and daily city life!
Our hosts always watched for our safety crossing scooter-filled streets, using sanitizer at every stop and paying attention to allergies. They even got our taxi's back to our ship, and called to assure we got back safely. These young adults are your professionals and entrepreuners. You will be immersed in Vietnamese street culture!! I advise to DO THIS TOUR!!

AMAZING Street Food Bike Tour

This was the best thing we have done in Ho Chi Minh City. Sydney and Bryan were our guides, They were both amazing. Sydney was my driver and she was excellent, she was very alert and well experienced on the scooter. Sydney was also very knowledgeable when it came to explaining all of the amazing stops and food we ate, her english was also really GOOD!!!This was my first time in vietnam and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the city and get a feel for the culture and food. 10/10 experience!!!!!!!!

Must Do Tour

We had an awesome time on the walking street food tour! Our guide was Eugene and he was amazing!! We went to 6 locations and the food was incredible at every one of them - our favourites were the Bahn Mi, the seafood and the coconut ice cream and avocado smoothie. Would highly recommend this tour to anybody visiting Ho Chi Minh, though I would say to skip lunch as there is a LOT of food and we struggled to fit everything in. 10/10

Great Food Tour and a fantastic Guide!

This food tour was the best way to start our first visit to Ho Chi Minh. We enjoyed all of the stops but the highlight was the professional, friendly and fun approach by our tour guide, Bien. She was kind and patient with our dietary needs. Bien is full of information about Ho Chi Minh City and seemed to have a great relationship with all of the business owners/staff. We learned so much and enjoyed the delicious food. Bien also followed up with additional recommendations to make our trip even better. She is a great asset to Street Food Man. If possible, request Bien for your food tour!

Vegan Food Tour!

My Partner and I took the vegan motorbike food tour and had THE BEST TIME. Our tour guides Billy and Alex were knowledgeable, fun, and easy going..not to mention excellent drivers. Over the course of the tour we got to try a combination of vegan street food and vegan restaurant food, all of which was delicious! The food we ate was so different than any of the other Vietnamese food I had in the past and made the experience more enjoyable! The motorbike part of the tour was great as I felt we were able to discover parts of the city we would not have ventured to.

Incredible tour!! Amazing food and wonderful host!

We did the walking street food tour with Lisa last night. We had such an incredible time, mostly because she is an incredible tour guide! It felt like being shown around by a local friend. She made us feel very comfortable, and answered all of our questions really well. We were so glad that we were able to have a laugh with her. Of course, we loved all the food/drinks that we tried- from seafood, to banh mi and many many more. Many of the items were things that we may not have had the courage to try had we been by ourselves/ were in places not frequented by tourists. Street food man have gone above and beyond in selecting the best Ho Chi Minh has to offer. We also really enjoyed learning more about the culture of the city and Vietnam in general. All in all, I would say it is one of the best tours we have been on.
