Absolutely terrible, staff are clueless and Kayaks are not water tight. Its a shame that one cannot leave no stars, as one is not deserved.

We were picked up from our hotel by speedboat and transferred to a larger speedboat driven by Jack Sparrow! He didn't speak much English but knew his boat well enough and was very friendly. Stephen, our tour guide, spoke great English, going out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well informed about the trip to the Mekong Delta. It took 2 hours to get there, taking in all the beautiful and different sights along the way. We visited two different islands, Unicorn Island and Phoenix Island. Both were beautiful in their own right. On one we were shown where their bees are kept, tasted their own pure honey in a tea, tried different sweet products made with their pure honey whilst being told about the bees. We were even given the tray to hold with all the bees on it. It was amazing, especially as I love bees anyway. We hopped over to the other island by boat. This island was very different. We watched them making sweets from their own fresh coconut , and saw hand made wooden items made by the locals also from the coconut. You could purchase their products at a very reasonable price. We moved on to a seated area, where we were given a tray of the most beautiful fruit, home grown from their own garden. Whilst eating and drinking tea, we were entertained by a group of local singers and musicians, singing in Vietnamese and playing the local instruments. We were then taken on a short journey by pony and trap to the canoes. A very relaxing journey meandering through the mangroves by canoe, it was lovely. Finally we went to a gorgeous restaurant for lunch . The food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and served us each course throughout. It was then time to head on back for the 2hour speedboat journey back, which we loved! A very memorable day which we loved and would do over again. Very reasonable prices, especially for all that's included in your day. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Thanks for a most memorable day, Stephen. We hope to be back next year.

We enjoyed the calm of a night time tour along the river while peak hour buzzed around us- such a good way to see the city instead of standing on the road. Guides fixed the kids up with life jackets and thought of great touches such as the vase of flowers, drinks, the serenade and some awesome card tricks! The magic continued when we were each given a little lantern to make a wish with as we sent it along the river. Great attention to detail and an evening we will always remember- thank you!

The boat tour is a must do in Saigon. It's a wonderful break in a vibrant city. You'll go along the river on a traditional boa... it's a great way to discover an other aspect of the city. The staff is incredibly nice and they'll take great care of you. There's no real schedule so you can go there anytime and they'll arrange a tour for you. Btw, the place by itself is also a very nice bar on the border of the river that you can enjoy before or after the tour, as i did.
