We have completed 3 private tours of Vietnam with Mr Khiem. Each trip has been a wonderful experience. The itineraries were all organised via email to suit our requirements and the private guides (Mr An in HCMC and Hiep in Sapa in particular)and drivers were knowledgeable, punctual, fun and very obliging. The accommodation that Mr Khiem organised was nothing less than fabulous! Mr Khiem called or texted throughout our tour to ensure all was going well. He also made suggestions to include in our tours and none disappointed. Entrance fees to attractions were included in the tour price which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr Khiem and Vietnam ANZ travel if you are planning a trip to Vietnam.

We have booked with ANZ Travel many times. We live in America and always appreciate our vacations being properly planned with great hotels, and fantastic tours. Tony at ANZ always goes above and beyond providing excellent service and a great value. Before we leave for our vacation, he always confirms our Visas are in order and all of our plans. As soon as we arrive in Vietnam he contacts us and confirms our driver is waiting for us. Throughout the trip he continues to check in with us to make sure everything is going as planned. He is a consummate professional and I highly recommend ANZ Travel. We have been booking with them since 2008 and will continue to book all of our travel with Tony because of the great service he provides. We are looking forward to our next trip!

ANZ is fantastic! We have booked multiple trips to Asia with them and they have always provided outstanding service. Leave it to them to take care of all your needs. They are available anytime you need them. They are very prompt answering call as well as responding to text and emails. We just returned from our last trip and I have already contacted them to inquire about our next adventure in Asia. They are 5-Star all the way!

Found this tour operator online and what a great find it was. Did a 14 day tour of Vietnam from North to South - Tony was our contact at ANZ - everything ran to perfection. All internal flights, driver pick ups and tours were all on time and we thoroughly enjoyed all day trips. This operator is also cheaper than most of the UK based companies - some of the UK companies would try and take you from one part of Vietnam to another on sleeper trains - through ANZ travel everything was done by internal flights and private driver pick ups. Royal Service at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be using Tony again when travelling again to South East Asia - always felt in reliable hands from start to finish of this amazing tour. Cannot say enough a bough this well organised tour group. Professional and made our three (3) trips to Vietnam most enjoyable.
Tony Khiem and his group of tour guides are knowledgable, thoughtful and highly professional.

Had a wonderful trip to Vietnam, organised by the very capable Tony Khiem. Excellent at communicating and extremely helpful. We found out about ANZ from some friends who had used them the year before and we weren't disappointed with their excellent review at any stage.
All hotels, transfers and trips ran seamlessly, I really want to highlight that, we stayed in multiple locations with multiple transfers (planes and car) and not one went wrong or was delayed.
We were in a 16 seat van for a lot of transfers and trips there was no one else with us, which made things very relaxing as we were able to spread out !!
I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends thinking of travelling to Vietnam - Thank you for a superb holiday.

We have used Tony and the ANZ team twice - which is really comment enough. Our first trip was to Vietnam, which was well organised with excellent communication. The following year, we decided to do a dedicated trip to Cambodia, so we again turned to ANZ. Again, we had a wonderful experience and one minor hiccup was handled quickly and professionally by ANZ and their Cambodian affiliates.

We have done many trips now with ANZ
Both Tony and Ms Linh have looked after us.
This time my wife and I focused on North Vietnam. We spent some time in North West and then time on Halong Bay.
As always there was a driver and guide looking after us all the way.
The two night Halong cruise was a negative. I got food poisoning. Back home Campylobacter was isolated. Took three weeks to return to normal. I lost 8 kg. Maybe that is a good thing. But then I put it back on. However, ANZ can’t be responsible for the boat and they still did all they could. As far as the ANZ side to things ? All excellent. We will be using them again.

We arranged a 4-day excursion from Hong Kong to Halong Bay through ANZ travel. Two nights in Hanoi and one night on a cruise boat in Halong Bay, We were met at airport and fully guided throughout. Halong Bay was an amazing experience, even in the misty rain. The whole trip was very smooth, and the organisation by ANZ travel excellent. I highly recommend them, and would use them again..

This time we were visiting Vietnam on a Celebrity cruise. Our family of 8 had the shore excursions fully organized by Ms Linh.
Both were great day trips. A private van that kept us clear if the cruise crowds.
Previously we have done a 16 day tour. A 14 day tour and a 6 dau Vietnam stay with ANZ.
All excellent. We will be using them again.
