It was perfect using this service when flying into Hanoi from the States. After flying for 30+ hours, it was great having someone there at the airport waiting for me. Unfortunately it took me an 1.5 hours to get through customs, but I emailed the representative and kept them updated on my movements. They were easy to contact and the driver was waiting for me even after taking a long time to finally get to them.

I used transportation services three times.
Nice clean car and fair prices.
I strongly recommend.
Also I needed help to go to hospital for PCR test. Mrs Lieh call them up to check the hospital was open and all, very helpful.
Sim card is good and FX rate is better than depature FX shop. Overall I trust them and I will use there service everytime I go to Hanoi. Thank you.

Hanoi Travel Services were outstanding from start to finish. Initially just booked a transfer from Hanoi Airport to Hotel. We found the services of Tracy Pham very efficient, so we decided to arrange all our ground transportation in Vietnam through HTS. We also booked a day tour to Trang Am, which Tracy arranged. The guide Tan and the driver were both excellent.

I got a taxi from airport official line to my down town hotel .... he charged me 450
He drove me to the middle of nowhere .... and did not understand the word HOTEL it seemed .... I called the hotel and passed mobile to him to get directions .... he drove us somewhere else ..... eventually we got there after a lot of time and stress ....
Then I found the APP GRAB. ..... they bought Uber .....
fantastic ... used it for one week and the cars arrive in minutes and the price back to airport without hassle 200

Excellent service, mini bus available which is a quarter of the price of a taxi! The bus also drops you right outside your hotel!

It was our 1st visit to Hanoi so was searching online for good transportation service. Very glad to have chosen Hanoi Airport Transfer. Contacted them via WhatsApp and heard from them very quickly (unlike other companies I contacted). Price is very good. We avoided taxi services as most will overcharge. They may good by metre but will end up taking you on long route. Will definitely use Hanoi Airport Transfer next visit.

We arrived at Hanoi Airport during daylight hours so we were more relaxed about our transport in to the Old Town.
We decided to catch a green 'Mai Linh' taxi. One of the airport officers hailed one for us. It cost A$25.00 which seems expensive but it was a 45 minute ride, part of which was on a multi laned freeway travelling at 80km/hr.
People we met said the no. 86 Bus leaving outside the airport was very easy to catch and took them to the centre of the Old Town for a fraction of the price of our taxi. We would definitely look at this next time.
Another alternative is to call a 'Grab Taxi' which is like Uber. We had put the app on our mobiles. You pay in cash at the end of the journey. There's an additional 15,000 dong (about 90 cents) that is added on due to airport fees.
We had read that taxis in Hanoi could be tricky and the usual 'Mai Linh' and 'Vinasun' that were everywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, were few and far between in Hanoi. The Grab Taxis (motorbikes too) were excellent. We did not have to link our credit card to the app and any time there was a problem with communication, our driver had phone access to an English speaking person. It was too good!

Call me crazy, but I'd expect that a company that calls itself "Hanoi Airport Transfer" (hanoitransfter.net) and has good Tripadvisor reviews for airport transfers would be good at the one thing it does: Hanoi airport transfers. I was wrong. They are quite responsive to email and confirmed the booking promptly and also quickly responded that our driver would be there to pick us up at the right time when I contacted them telling them our flight would arrive an hour later than originally scheduled. That's where the good part ends. When we landed in Hanoi, there was no one waiting for us, plenty of drivers waiting with signs for everyone else coming off our flight. We were exhausted after our flight delays, with young children, and the hour was very late. After not finding the driver, we called their hotline. The woman who answered barely spoke English and initially thought we were saying we didn't need a driver any more. We asked her to send the driver to us and call us back - she did not. We called her again and she finally confirmed that he was coming from some parking lot. We asked what happened and she made the lame and infuriating excuse that it's hard to park at the airport! None of the gaggle of other drivers from a dozen other transfer services had any issues showing up on time and waiting in the terminal with signs, and by this point, it was nearly an HOUR AFTER our plane had touched down. In sum, the driver finally showed up 30 minutes after we exited the luggage area with our bags. No apology, no nothing, and used water bottles littering the van. Needless to say, we cancelled our trip back to the airport with this company and booked with another transfer service. Absolutely would never use them again.

I am Customer Service Director of Hanoi Transfer. net, and by this email I would like to sincerely thank you for your detailed feedback as well as apologise for the late pick up on 20 Apr 2018.
Had we known this feedback earlier, we would have compensate our mistake by offering a free see off to your family on 25 Ap, as per our customer policy. FYI, today we have just ceased contract with this driver as he was lying to our operator that he was almost at the arrival are to pick you up while in fact he drove in late.
Nevertheless, it's fair to acknowlwdge that the operator was honest to inform you that no car is allowed to stop at the pick up area for long, i. e. over 5 mins (per current airport regulation to avoid traffic jam, and violating drivers will be fined if they are caught by airport security staff). That's why you saw drivers (not to mention tour guides or hotel persons) around with signboards but without cars, the fact is when they could meet their clients they would have to tell them to wait for them to get the car out of the opposite parking area, which normally takes 3-5 mins). We also have reminded our operator team to report immediately similar cases so that we could solve the problem timely.
Finally, we totally understood your disatisfaction and apologise again for this unexpected situation. We hope to get your kind understanding, and if possible, to remove this comment. As you can see, we are mostly well reviewed on TripAdvisor for the last several years and we strictly deal with staff mistakes to further improve our service.

After trying a company that said $75 US dollars. Then the quote came through at $110US
Go through Get transfer.com only $59 for the transfer. They will give you all the card that will quote for your lift and you choose. Fantastic ❤️

I used "Hanoi Airport Transfer" - look them up on Trip Advisor. They were great. Were there waiting at the airport when we arrived in Hanoi with a nice SUV vehicle and good driver who took us straight to the hotel, A little bit cheaper than the hotel was offering, and slightly different price each way but all good
