I bought a painting and had it shipped back. The people at the Gallery are very friendly. I paid to have the painting shipped back to Seattle and they did a great job packing it. The painting arrived exactly when they said it would and was packaged extremely well.

it is located near Trang Tien Plaza. there are a few art galleries along this road. the staff are friendly. they have an extensive art collection here. prices are comparative.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They were very friendly when I was there and spending a lot of money. But there was no accountability and complete denial when they shipped me damaged goods.
One of the paintings I bought was improperly packed. It arrived damaged. Blue Gallery would not take responsibility. If the painting was packed right, it wouldn't have been damaged.
I bought a few paintings from Apricot Gallery too. Apricot's packing was of a much higher standard. All the paintings I bought from Apricot arrived in perfect condition.
It's not about the money. It's about the lack of customer service after the sale. Blue Gallery only cares about one-time sale. They lost a customer.
I'm most upset that a beautiful painting was damaged. I love art and their packing shows a lack of love for art. Blue Gallery is only about the money. No respect for art.
