We are Hanoi Airport Taxi service company who is specializing in transportation service in Hanoi. NoiBai Airport Taxi is a branch providing transfer service from Hanoi to Noibai airport and back. Beside the taxi service from Noibai airport, we also organize private transportation to other tourist attractions in Hanoi and Vietnam, Vietnam visa on arrival service, hotel and booking office.

Booked pick up on line. Driver was there waiting for us as advertised. They offer return trip for $10 which we booked also. We booked pick up for 10:00 AM but were ready earlier. Called the company to request an earlier pick up and they provided.

Excellent, well-organized and cost-effective transfer. I have been picked-up from the airport, driver was waiting for me with a sign. As I was very satisfied I also booked a transfer on my way back to the airport! I can only recommend this company...!!

Our hotel in Hanoi booked this service for us and told us the exact price before leaving. The car was very clean and spacious and our driver Mr Nguyen Van Thap was very nice. We would definately recommend this service.

We used these for our return journey from Hanoi to halong bay.
Our pick up from the airport was good and prompt. Supposed to be a 7 seater but that didn't matter. Good journey other than driver didn't know where our hotel was.
Booked s return journey for 3days later. Prompt pick up. However half way there he stops and tell s us he needs a coffee and to wash his car. Stupidly we get out.
It is obviously a tourist trap as we realize it is an expensive shopping outlet and find him having some lunch. Presumably paid for by dropping us there. Even on seeing us he does not rush himself. Eventually he finishes his lunch but is still not ready. In the end we have to ask him if we can go.
I email the company, who normally respond very quickly but they do not respond. Driver starts to drive much faster and more dangerously. Presumably to make up the time.
We could have had a cheaper more comfortable ride in one of the many limousine buses or even one of the sleeper buses.

Poor communication. Dated and small vehicle that almost couldn't fit our luggage! Why you'd send a compact vehicle for an airport pickup is beyond me. Driver seemed nice enough, but barely spoke a word of English.

First round, our flight delayed 1 h but the driver still waited for us. In return, the driver came on time to sent us to the airport. I recommend to use this company with good and sincere service.

I used its services for the round trip to hanoi from the Noibai Airport. All the people who works at this company are very nice. My flight was late for an hour but the driver was waiting for me with a paper written my name on it. Anthony who kept contact with me also helped me not to miss the taxi. Moreover, the transportation fee is really affordable. I guess it's almost half of the normal one. In many aspects, this transportation service was the best choice at hanoi.

The taxi was clean big the driver was friendly and drive carefully (for VN drivers, :P) . We booked this taxi to drop off in the airport.
