We contacted Your Vietnam Travel with our own itinerary; stating where we wanted to go and what attractions we wanted to see. We asked for a quote that included all transfers from Airports, Accommodation, and tours. We also asked for a private english speaking tour guide and driver that would be able to look after us privately as a group of 4 adults. From the moment we hopped off the plane in Ho Chi Minh to when we departed Hanoi 21 days later the experience was nothing but amazing. This tour company was on time, efficient in every way and they gave us everything we asked for and more. We also asked for lunch to be provided each day of our touring and WOW this was the best thing we could have ever done. They organised a local restaurant with an organised chosen menu buffet every day. This meant that we got to try so many different foods that we would never have tried if it was up to us. We also had one person in our group that did not enjoy seafood and every day they accommodated this request perfectly. So we managed to enjoy a foody tour on top of everything else we asked to see and do. We did have a glitch in Ho Chi Minh with food etc and honestly we sent a message through WhatsAp to them and received a reply within five minutes. It was quickly resolved. Our itinerary started in Ho Chi Minh, and then onto Dalat, to Hoi An, Danang, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and then back to Hanoi. We moved every 3 to five days and did 3 internal flights and one long car transfer from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh. We did organise all our accommodation & flights oursevles; but used tour company to organise as per above. Choosing to pay extra for an 8 seater van was the best decision we ever made. More room, more comfort and you felt nice and safe. The tour guide named Hazel in Ho Chi Minh was nothing short of amazing and the young man in Dalat (no idea how to spell his name) was extremely knowledgeable and his English was 100% on key. Overall Mia & Lily were a great company to deal with from beginning to end. We all voted Hoi An as a must see destination in Vietnam.

We first went to the magical city of Hoi An, the organization went perfectly well with a driver who picked us up at Danang airport to drop us to our hotel. We visited the city and had a romantic boat trip through the city river. Lily, Jasmine, Hannie, Tom, Ricky, and Hamid were always here to answer any of our questions really fast. The next day we had the trip to the golden bridge in the mountains, even if the weather was a bit bad the trip was awesome and the guide always put the good ambiance in the group. we had plenty of time to visit the whole site and discover all the secrets of that magical place. I highly recommend that travel agency!

Lily, Hannie, Jasmine and Ricky Nguyen did a very good tour for us. Lily is very accommodating to me as Initially I was very skeptical about FB bookings... I worried about online scam but Lily assured me and proved me other wise. They are very helpful and care. Our guide, Ricky is very responsible guide and take care of us well. Will love to join more of their tour in future like Sapa tour

My friends and I (group of 6) booked a jungle tour in Cat Tien through Your Vietnam Travel. We were traveling with our motorbikes through Vietnam. Once we arrived at the meeting point, we parked our motorbikes there and left most of our luggage that we didn't need. They took good care of it. After that we met our tour guide. He took us to a place where we got dinner. Because we wanted to be one with the nature we decided to sleep in tents at night. The only downside was that these tents were too small for us Western Europeans. We also did not receive pillows or blankets for the night. So that was a little disappointment. The next day we did the jungle tour and saw many wild animals such as turtles, gibbons and many different birds etc.
There are also many mosquitoes and leeches, so be prepared for those.
The second day we went to the crocodile lake. It's quite a walk so I recommend good shoes. We arrived at the crocodile lake late in the evening. Once we got there they made us dinner and we went to bed early. The next morning we woke up early to go up the crocodile lake in small fishing boats. It's a 30 minute trip on the lake. It was really cool to see the crocodiles up close. Alice was our contact person who arranged everything for us. She made our trip really pleasant. She always responded quickly and made sure everything was planned ahead and that everything was well arranged. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour if you want to visit a jungle in Vietnam!

We booked a 13 day tour of Vietnam with Irene Chuyen at Your Vietnam Travel that included transfers, tours, flights and hotel accommodation. Irene arranged to meet us on the first day and provided a lovely gift. She explained that we would not be given tour or transfer tickets as each guide would do that for us.
The Transfers were in high quality cars (more luxurious than transfers in Australia) and the drivers were always early (except for the driver in Sapa).
The Hotels that we liaised with Irene were all in an excellent location in every city and provided drinking water, breakfast and free wifi. The majority of rooms were better than we paid for and the majority of hotels had a swimming pool to relax after tours and shopping.
The Flights Irene arranged were not delayed and the seats were in a good location in the plane.
I had already been to Vietnam 4 times in the past but Irene arranged new activities/tours that I had not previously thought to enjoy - Thank you very much for planning an excellent holiday Irene - it is very much appreciated.

My mom and I took a 9 day tour throughout Vietnam in October of 2019 that was booked through Your Vietnam Travel. I worked with Lily to plan the trip and Dieu when we arrived in Vietnam. They were both fabulous. Lily always accommodated our desired schedule and activities and really worked hard with me to customize our trip. She answered every question we had and guided us in making the best choices for our travel plans. We started in Hanoi, then traveled to Halong Bay, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City. We saw so much of the country in a short amount of time but never felt rushed. The accommodations were great and were always centrally located. Our trip turned out perfect and Your Vietnam Travel played a huge role in making that happen. I highly recommend Your Vietnam Travel.

Decided to do a short trip to Hanoi and Halong bay last month. When doing some study, got to know about Vietnam travels.
Pinged the number provided, Ms Anna in turn approached me stating she is the sales executive.
Have her my travel dates and what i wish to do in 3 days, based on that she drafted couple of plans.
Having been to halong bay in the past i was keen to visit the Pearl place near to it. I expressed my wish and she told will take note.
We did multiple changes to the plan but she was very patient in responding to all my questions and providing at least ten versions of plan.
I being vegetarian, informed her of my preference and she said will be taken care.
Finally agreed on a plan with local city tour and halong bay dash tour.i booked hotel by myself - usual travel agencies hike the prices if we don't choose hotel through them but she never pushed me.
I and my friend travelled and availed the small package which was very reasonably priced which also includes airport pick up and drop which itself is 45 mins each.
She also advised lesser fee payment methods.
Aside to these, wherever i wanted guidance she did provide even on days i did not avail their service - this shows they value customers and not fully commercial.
Highly recommended travel company and thanks to Ms Anna for great support

We just spent an amazing 15 days in Vietnam. The private tour was organized by Ms. Lucy who was the best service rep I have encountered. Ms. Lucy suggested and then modified the itinerary to fit our needs with ease. She followed up and helped us finalize our trip, then came to meet us after arrival and checked in throughout the trip. The guides were knowledgeable and most had very good English. Special shout out to Katie and Thúy in Hoi An and Chi in Saigon. These three women clearly love their country as well as their job. They made us feel welcome and we learned a great deal from each one. The van and driver in Ho Chi Minh City was great as well. Having the same driver meet you at the airport, spend 4 days driving you about till dropping you off at the airport (and always on time) was a nice touch. Van even had WIFI!!

We booked a trip through Vietnam of 12 days with our Vietnam Travel. The planning was very good . Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, the guides and drivers arrived on time, the hotels were beyond expectation! The guides were professional, caring and flexible.
During the planning of the trip we had constant exchanges by email, the agents (Irene, Alice and Lucy) responded immediately and was always very efficient, answered all questions, gave exhaustive explanations. They also helped us with the visa which considerably shortened the time of obtaining the visa at the exit of the airport in Hanoi. I highly recommend using this agency for any activity in Vietnam. This way you will be sure to enjoy 100% and not have any bad surprises.
