The very nice girl in Hanoi arranged the trip for us: 2 days one night in Sapa including bus travel for Hanoi to Sapa and afterwards Sapa to ha long bay. We payed (for two people) 3 mil Vietnamese dong for all of this. The trip in the end was pretty much just as we wanted. But there was quite a lot of confusion along the way- with no tickets, different programs, not knowing where our luggage was and so on. But everything turned out good, so if you can just go with the flow this will be a good cheap option for you. A lot of the other people we met on exactly the same trip had payed 95$ or more per person for the same tour.

Returning to Vietnam for the second time I had high expectations and I was certainly not disappointed with the professional service provided by Amity smile. They arranged my accommodation in Hanoi, an overnight trip to Mai Chau, a 4 day 3 night trip to Sapa and also my land transport arrangements to Laos. Their knowledge of the regions, tours and logistics was very thorough and everything was arranged down to the last detail. The service was outstanding, friendly, efficient and very personal. I would certainly recommend them to anyone travelling to Vietnam and even some surrounding countries. A big thank you for all your assistance Amity smile.

I found out about Amity Smile Travel through Google search and I gave it a go without much hesitation. The tour was 3 days 3 nights trekking in Sa Pa, North Vietnam. The tour agent was informative, prompt and very helpful. Especially during the trip, she replied all my queries very promptly. The information that she has provided was accurate and concise. I would definitely travel to Vietnam again through Amity's tour packages. Lastly, I would like to suggest is to send a softcopy PDF file of the latest confirmed itinerary, to avoid more clarifications over SNS, SMS or phone calls.

We went on their heritage site cycling tour in Hanoi. It was uninspired, uninformative and unimpressive. Most entertainment part is the guide, having no understanding of cycling safety and traffic etiquette even for Hanoi standard, taking your through chaotic traffic stopping in the middle of a busy road telling you the obvious.

Traveling solo for the first time in a country where you don't speak the language can be daunting, to say the least. I LOVED my time in The Hanoi area with Amity Travel. All the logistics were handled by them and I didn't have to think about the formalities of travel at all. My guide was a lovely young lady who was interesting, informative, and also interested in learning about my life as well. She was a wonderful traveling companion and was informed and able to take me to many places that fed my interest in fiber art and craft, and believe me, the craft work in VietNam is fabulous. I had a wonderful trip and will go back next year to explore another area of VietNam with Amity Travel.
