In December 2019 we were lucky enough to do a 23 day tour through Vietnam. Friends of ours recommended Vietnamtours.co.za. So we emailed them and within a couple of minutes the ball started rolling. Our Agent Ashley was eager to help and worked out a itinerary that suited our request and of course our budget. We started in Hanoi working our way out Hoi Chi Min. We had a mini bus to ourselves every day we travelled and we were only 4. So space and comfort was on point. We had different guides throughout the tour and loved each and every one of them. Vietnam and It’s people are in one word AMAZING... I was fortunate enough to travel before and I must say the Vietnamese are SO Friendly. I felt save and comfortable the whole trip.
The food Is Amazing. It’s the first time I actually went on holiday where I lost weight because the food is so healthy and freshly prepared. Sometimes it might look different but believe me the taste is amazing. My pallet loved the whole experience. So much so that I’m trying to adopt the eating habits back at home. 😋
Our trip showed us the very best Vietnam has to offer, so we have many stories and wonderful memories left of this Amazing Place.
I would strongly recommend using Ashley and her company to give you your dream holiday of Vietnam. It’s definitely A must See.
I can write a book about all our experiences and the beautiful places. But as I can only write so much I highly recommend. Pu Luong, Halong Bay 😍Tràng An and Hoi An, Ba Na Hills And Both the cities of course.

We’ve just returned from a 16 day private tour of Vietnam. We were very fortunate to have Alex from “Hello Vietnam” as our travel agent. From the moment we made contact several months ago to the day we arrived home Alex was always available. Any questions were answered ASAP. Nothing was too much trouble. Alex also quickly understood our needs. We are a fairly fit 60 something couple and the trip worked perfectly for us... trekking, cycling, kayaking to our relax time in Hoi An. It was all amazing. From our arrival in Vietnam being met at the airport by our delightful guide Khoa everything went like clockwork. Not a glitch. Hotels were great. We opted for 4 star and all accomodation was very clean, with large comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Alex was in constant contact along the way checking in to see how everything was going. She also made the effort to come and meet us in Hanoi. When our homeward flight from Ho Chi Minh city was delayed Alex was quick to organise us last minute accomodation near the airport

After googling and speaking to many of our South African and other Vietnamese tour companies, Vietnam Tours had the best quote and amazing customer service for our December travel to Vietnam and Cambodia.
We contacted them in June 2019 and liaised with Trung Hoang.
Trung was amazing from the get go.
He personalized our trip according to our exact needs, if we did not like specific hotels, he assisted with finding better options to suit our needs.
We chatted on email and whatsapp - payment was simple.
The itinerary that was planned was perfect - we had a private tour, best tour guides, lovely air conditioned vehicles, airport transfers were waiting on arrival and on time to fetch us for departures.
Thank you to Trung and the team for arranging a magical trip Vietnam and Cambodia.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Our agent was Ashley. After finding Vietnam tours on the internet, I was quite nervous to send a large amount of money overseas. I needn’t have worried. They are a completely trustworthy and reputable company. Everything has been stress free- our transfers have been on time and have whisked us where we need to be through crazy Asian traffic in private air conditioned vehicles; the drivers have been safe; the hotels wonderful and the tour guides knowledgeable without being pushy. If you’re traveling to Vietnam for the first time, you should really consider using this company. 5 star service!

So we were planning a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and were not sure how to go about it. Since we didn't have enough time to do it ourselves, we reached out to travel agencies for the first time. We had a few agencies reach out to us including Seni World. Since this was the first time, we were a bit apprehensive. Finally, we decided to go ahead with SeniWorld and I think it was the best decision. Right from day 1, they were very professional in understanding our requirements and giving us multiple quotes. We wanted a customized tour and we got it, thanks to Ms. Nhung Ngyuen. She made the perfect itinerary for us and was always available on text/calls till the time we reached home. They are very professional, there was this one incident where we missed the bus and they booked us a flight ticket at their own expense. They had the best drivers, guides, and hotels for us throughout Vietnam. Even in Cambodia, they managed to do a great job. If you want a planned tour, look no further. Reach out to Ms. Nhung and leave everything to her!

I have booked a 13 day tour from India to visit Hanoi, Danang, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh city. The company offered the best plan on the best prices to make each of my day memorable.
The plan was carefully executed by Camila with her prompt on-ground support to make my trip seamless. All the detailed trip plan was ran smoothly with great coordination to avoid any mishaps. On-time cab delivery and great accomodations were offered to make the trip enjoyable.

I just recently came back from a 10 day tour of Vietnam from the North to the South with my sister and it was amazing! As my first international trip Vietnam was a great destination to choose and that's because of the organised and efficient planning of the Vietnamtour consultants I worked with.
They planned the trip exactly according to our needs; we got to see a lot of the sights but at the same time had enough time on our own to relax and explore the different cities we went to. Vietnam is truly beautiful and has some of the most majestic sights I've ever seen like Ha Long Bay and the caves at the Marble mountains. And as a bonus for South Africans it's so affordable there's no need to even change our currency to the dollar as our currency is higher than the dong.
Their three star hotels are of a good standard and each hotel we went to the staff was super helpful and friendly. My sister and I would definitely go again.
Regarding the coronavirus I believe Vietnam is one of the safest countries to travel to as their government reacted quickly and was able to contain the virus before it got out of control.
Vietnam is a prime holiday destination - it's a truly wondrous country with a rich history and culture, amazing food, breathtaking natural beauty and of course i cannot forget lots of shopping at great prices! My sister and I would definitely go again and would most definitely choose Vietnamtour to plan our trip.

When I first planned a trip to Vietnam, I didn't have any basic Idea about the country & I started to get in touch with different tour operators. Later I've received a quote from Mie who's one of the tour Operators from Seni World which I felt affordable for a one week trip. She assisted us in customizing the trip depending on our choice of places within a limited space of time we had. With just one week before our commencement of the trip, she needed to work hard on our itinerary and finalizing budget of the trip. She worked relentlessly on it to get it done on such a short notice. Finally once we've locked the itinerary everything felt in place. Once we arrived Hanoi at midnight, there was a guide who received us at the airport & made sure we had a safe check-in at the hotel. After getting good rest, we had an half day private tour that day. The next day we started to Sapa, which is one of the most beautiful places. Cat Cat Village tour was amazing. We had an overnight stay there and the next day we had a tour to fansipan summit. We had a bit of rain when we reached Fansipan but the place looked even more beautiful under the mist. I would say that's one of the places where you shouldn't miss. The same day we headed back to Hanoi & we started to Ha Long bay next day, we traveled there and later checked into the cruise at around 1pm. Special thanks to Mie, luckily we got an upgrade to 5star cruise that day. Later we've visited titop island which was so lively & surprising cave is also a great place to visit. The cruise was amazing with breathtaking views all around where you can't easily take your eyes off. After an overnight stay in the cruise, the, we've visited Hang Luon Cave by Kayaking early in the morning. Later we had a good brunch at the cruise and we've headed back to Hanoi. We had a good rest and the next day we were into shopping & roaming in the streets of Hanoi. We headed back to India the next day marking end of the tour. During the whole tour, Mie was in touch with us 24/7 and made sure the whole itinerary was happening on time without any delays or discomfort for us. I'd love to visit this beautiful country again very soon & I would recommend Seni World to my family and friends. Thank you!

Excellent Service from Nana & team. We are small group of family members looking for a Vietnam trip from India. When i searched for some packages in internet, i saw Seni World & just gave an enquiry as usual. But that enquiry made me to visit Vietnam in a memorable way. We got response to my enquiry from Nana, a travel consultant from Seni World. She was one of the best travel consultant which I met in recent years. She had helped us to prepare tailor made itinerary based on our interest & cost. At the time of paying advance for booking, to be frank we were little bit afraid to book tour in online without visiting office & all. Even though by trusting the words of Nana, we have made booking from India. She was making the follow up regularly for doing all other activities from our side including applying for visa, booking flight tickets etc. Also when we reached there, she was texting and calling us regularly to make the travel more comfort. On every nights, she will share the contact details of travel guide as well as the timing which help us to get ready on time & explore all the places mentioned on the itinerary. We booked our 3 week family holiday in Vietnam with Seni World Travel as part of "Vietnamtour". We are a family of 4 from South Africa and Yen designed the perfect itinerary for us, arranged our Visa, 3 domestic flights and all our hotel, transfers and activity bookings. We travelled from Hanoi to HCMC, visited Halong Bay, Danang, HoiAn, Phu Quc Island, The Mekong Delta ( CanToh).
Yen even met us on arrival in Hanoi, she was available before, during and even after our tour to check in with us and assist if need be.
The service we received from Yen and Vietnamtour was outstanding and very professional. We stayed in lovely hotels (which she had carefully handpicked for us ), had superb tour guides and all in all a 5* Experience in Vietnam! I can highly recommend them to anyone who would like to have a hassle free, 5* Vietnam experience!!!!
