The hotel we stayed recommended this spa and we all were not disappointed with this choice. We used the Vietnamese Traditional massage which was amazing. The staff was so friendly and did their best to make us happy. Will definitely worth every penny of your money. Highly recommended

This was a truly amazing massage, best i've received yet in Asia. I had the combination of Thai and Vietnamese, so if you like strong massage this is a great option. Highly recommend this spa to every one

We went to the Hanoi Paradise Spa on our first day in Hanoi. The place was very clean and decent and we had 30% discount in view of their promotion time. The massage was good and we had a relax time after a long and hot walk around the old quarter.
We were there at the same time with 3 other guests who picked the wrong service and wanted not to pay for that. The reception tried to explain but these guests did not give them a minute to say anything. They did not want to pay a penny after using the service. This was not a nice way. We did not say any thing but we did not like the behaviour from these people

My niece and I spent 4 hours at the spa and had such a great experience! We had looked at some other spa packages in other parts of the Old Quarter, but we chose Hanoi Spa Paradise because it smelled of lemon: very fresh and clean. We came by early in the morning, before they were officially open, and they told us to come back in 2 hours, and they would give us a 20% discount-and they DID! We both enjoyed the Asian Blend massage therapy, facials, waxing, and pedicure. Reasonably priced, and friendly, helpful staff.

I tried their body massage and was so happy with the service they provided. Felt so relaxed. I am still in Hanoi now and will be back there in 2-3 days. Highly recommend this Spa to everyone coming to Hanoi

I went there for a Spa Pedicure and Spa Manicure. The coffee scrub was super nice and left my hands and feet with a soft feeling! Also the arm and leg massages were really nice. The pedicure and manicure was neatly done with a nice colour. The ladies working there and the manager kept me entertained for the whole time and one of the ladies even braided my hair at the end which was so lovely! I would definitely go back there for sure!

The massage was really lovely here!! Very reasonable priced, but what was really fantastic here was the exceptional friendly service of the staff, especially the Manager Jason. Come for a spa / massage here, but also come here for great advice about Hanoi.
I was here just for a massage, but ended up spending much more time and booked more services as Jason is someone i trust. Gave me great recommendations for food too.

I went there after 3days in Mai Chau it was geat. A relaxing massage of 60 minutes costs 720.000vnd (35$). Usually they heve promitional prices throughout the day. which gets you 10% - 20% discout .
There service was really nice and staff made everything possible to make us feel relaxed.

Dung and Ngoc and Hien were the best massage therapists ever! Dung came in when she wasn’t supposed to work to massage us. They listened to every need and are very strong! We came back everyday we were here. We both love massages and this is the best one yet!! We strongly encourage anyone that is sore or wants to relax to come here, you will be very happy!!! It’s cheap and clean!!!! Thanks so much!!!
