Avoid by all means !!

The worst massage we had : very bad, pricy, they tried to charge for things we didn't ask for (such as drinks) and the staff literally THREATENED us because they considered that the tip we offered was not enough. They tried to intimidate us and we had to leave in a hurry because they were becoming very aggressive. Not acceptable that such places are still allowed to be open.

This place has gone down hill
Dec 2016 • Solo
I came here about a year ago and it was a well-fitted out place with very welcoming staff. This time I arrived and the prices were more expensive than what is quoted on the website. The hostess didn't even offer me a menu, she just said a body massage is 400k. It seems half of the place has been sold to a new shop - I guess they haven't been doing enough business. The massage itself was average - far too soft. I tipped 50k at the end which I felt was just right, if not a but generous. Then the hostess came in at the end and pleaded rather embarrassingly for me to make it 100k. I refused and won't be coming back. I suggest you go to Warda spa in Truc Bac - an excellent local spa with good prices.

This massage center is not honest . First we ask the price of oil massage they tell us is 800k the we say ok only oil massage . But after finish we need to pay 3m Dong. We question why so expensive. We find out They including all the massage ( stone . Facial ) which we not require . Drink also they charge. They really spoil my mood in Vietnam and tips also must pay 200k Dong

Worst massage
Aug 2016 • Couples
After dinner, my wife and I decided to get a massage close to our hotel. We were greeted by a man and I negotiated a price of 1 million Dong ($30 Aus each).
During the massage, the woman masseur was coughing and talking to the other masseur... We could not relax. After the massaged finished the girls asked for a tip.. I said no, as I was not previously advised this was required and more particularly the massage was terrible. Now at this point, our night turned to horror... The man that agreed to 1m Dong, demanded I pay 2.6M Dong, he was shouting and very abusive, my wife and I was scared, being in a foreign Country we didn't know what to do or who to call... I eventually agreed to pay 1.8M Dong so we could leave the premises.
We returned to our hotel and asked management for assistance.... While the hotel manager was very sympathetic, he said there was much he could do...
Overall, the Vietnamese people are kind and nice people... but its a shame this this one person spoiled the Holiday!!! ..

Definitely don't go my husband and I were threatened and the man in charge wouldn't let us leave until we paid more than

Be extremely careful of these people when we entered after negotiating 2 massage for 1000000 dong would let us leave until we paid double and more. Refreshments you think are included arn't - dangerous dishonest place. What was even more bizarre was the taxi driver from the Intercontinental drove us there after asking for a good massage place in the area. After reading other reviews on this site proves this is a really seedy place- please don't go you will feel threatened this man is extremely aggressive.
I honestly can't believe there are any good reviews I'm an Aussie and love Vietnam. Don't spoil your holiday.
I only wish I'd read the reviews before going there.

Was told that massage cost 800k don. Without showing me the menu and telling other further information, I was presented with a shocking bill of more than 2 million don. Claiming that there are additional charges for hot stones, facial mask etc which I didn't opt for that services from the very beginning. I thought all these services are included in the 800k don. I refused to give in and we eventually resolved the dispute at a agreed price.

One of the worst massage experience I ever had as I frequent many massage outlets in many countries such as Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Avoid, one of worst experiences ever!!
Mar 2016 • Couples
We found this spa in an Hanoi Magazine in English where the spa looked good, offered a very reasonable price with 20% discount and TA reviews seemed positive.

Since we like strong massages we ask before making an appointment if they have well trained male masseurs in their staff.

This spa confirmed they did.

When there, it appeared the men had to be called in (so not full time staff, usually not a good sign).

One of the men showed up half an hour late. The other one was kind and in time, but prooved absolutely not trained well, not responsive + stopped 10 minutes too soon.

We've taken many massage: we are sure this boy does not nor ever will have the talent nor skills to be masseur!

A quality spa that takes its customers and its own continuity seriously, should never expose clients to this.

The spa target group seemed to be tourists and expats, but nobody in the spa spoke any word in English (the lady on the phone whom we made the appointment with beforehand did, but she was not available clearly).

We communicated the above one way or another to receptionist, that we were not happy and that we would not pay more than actual massage time.

Avoid!!
