About
Midori Hanoi Spa is a social enterprise providing training and employment opportunities young blind Vietnam as masseur. It was helped by the Vietnam Blind Association. Until 2013, estimates in Vietnam have 2 million visually impaired. Most face a desperate future, entirely dependent on others with no opportunities for education or work. Training and employment initiatives like this one are desperately need to help them to generate their own incomes and lead dignified, independent lives. At Midori Hanoi Spa, the entire staff had been trained therapist skills and be tested monthly under the supervision, training and support by Mido Spa. Our principle is to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Welcome!

    Lovely staff, lovely massage
    Lovely staff and massage. Did the one hour Vietnamese massage and was very good 😊 they apply the perfect amount of pressure. Very safe, the staff put our belongings in a lock box and gave us the key too. Feeling relaxed and happy now, would recommend!

    Excellent massage ever I had
    I came here thanks to a friend's recommendation and was quite satisfied with this experience. The staff who worked for me was very good at finding pain points on my body and the seamless massage movements helped me feel a lot better. You should visit this place to experience it

    Relaxing Feet massage
    My husband and I got a medium feet massage done by Phoung and Loam. They did it perfectly well. Touched every single bit of our feet and legs. They also massaged my neck, shoulders and back at the end. Highly recommend this place and Phoung and Loam.

good facial, but below average massage

I had such high hopes for Midori based on the reviews! I wish I'd gone to one of the other spas in Hanoi, as there are several others with great reviews. I requested a 90 min Shiatsu massage (after I was advised the Vietnamese massage was medium pressure and I prefer strong). I also requested a foot massage and collagen facial.

the collagen facial was great! Hen also did a great head, neck and arm massage on me during the facial. The massages were very disappointing - first of all, I ordered & paid for a 90 min massage & 60 min foot massage, but they were shorter than that. And the skill level of the massage therapist, Thom, simply did not warrant the price. The quality of massage is what I would have expected at one of those cheap walk up places.

I suppose at these places it's all about the provider you get, and maybe I was just unlucky. I'd advise you to avoid Thom and maybe request their most skilled massage therapist when you make your reservation.

also, there are 2 spas on this street both named Midori - not sure they are related to each other.

Amazing!

My partner and I went here this morning. My partner had a Vietnamese Massage for 90 minutes and a mini facial for 30 minutes- he said it was amazing! I had the Midori Massage for 60 minutes and a Basic Facial for 60 minutes - both amazing! My face feels so soft and clean. We highly recommend this place!

You won’t regret a spa day here

Really enjoyed our experience at this spa. I’m surprised Midori does not have a higher rating on this platform. We asked our hotel and local guides for a spa recommendation but no one has any because they said so much had changed due to Covid. Midori was near our hotel and we really liked its mission so we gave it a try. We did the coconut package and it was really wonderful. Each part was wonderful - the massage, scrub, facial was each really great. The staff was great at providing massages, were very intuitive and kind. It was a great way to spend a morning and I’d recommend the spa to anyone traveling through Hanoi.

Amazing massage

Best massage of my life. The staff are visually impaired and were not only attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable. My husband and I each had the Indian back neck and shoulder massage- done by Phiiong and Hiena. My husband enjoyed his massage so much he then got a foot massage right after :) we are only in Hanoi for one day but will definitely come back here on another trip. The place was very clean as well.

Amazing! Must do to start your trip

We had the best start to our trip at Midori Spa 1. The staff were so friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Our masseuses were amazing and checked in with us along the way. We can definitely recommend the Vietnamese style massage! Not as scary as it sounds at all!

Vietnamese Body Massage

I was in Hanoi in a few times and Midori Spa is the best massage. Staff was very warmly welcome and service was very excellent. Price is very acceptable and I have tried for body massage. It was very relaxing and excellent massage services. I will come back later and highly recommend for everyone who like to have very pleasant massage.

Very very good massage! Absolute worth the price! We took the 60 min Vietnam Massage and the people did a great job. Found the spots and made them disappear. Absolute professional! Thank you very much

Hanoi’s TOP MASSAGE SPA!! Absolutely OUTSTANDING service!! The manager is a gem, very kind and helpful, goes above and beyond to work around your schedule and make sure you feel very comfortable at all times! I definitely spoiled myself.. i went three times a week, for the three weeks I was there.. Now, I’ve been gone two weeks and this is hands down one of the top things Im missing the most lol !! Excellent service for ak excellent price!! This spa is a must visit!!!! From my understanding the staff is primarily blind, so this helps their community with employment opportunities.. and I have to say, they give some of the most amazing massages!!! Everyone I met had such a positive, professional and kind energy.. I would definitely recommend them!! I also had a facial done, and as expected, it was excellent as well!!!!
My first night in Hanoi I went to the spot across from the hotel I was staying in and I was appreciative for the convenience of the location but, let’s just say, I had zero desire to make another apt!! So I was very grateful when I found Madori :)
