Quality Service for a great cause

If you are looking for a quality rental or a comprehensive service you cannot go far wrong. The bike I rented was serviced every month for free. The rental price is competitive and you have the knowledge that you are getting quality. You also have the benefit that you are helping a good cause. I have since bought my own bike but still return it for a service.

Great spot for bike rentals and maintenance

For people living in Hanoi and looking for a good place to rent a motorbike, then VIP Bikes will look after you. If you have your own bike and are looking for an reliable English speaking workshop to service and maintain your bike then definitely check out VIP. Andrew looks after his Vietnamese mechanics and ensures they take good care of your bike. They are always reliable and if you've got time then Andrew will always be happy to have a chat with you too.

Outstanding bikes and service

I rented from VIP for almost a year and never had a major problem with either of the two bikes I rented in that time. The 1 minor problem that I did have was dealt with quickly and efficiently, at no cost to myself. Both bikes were relatively new and excellently maintained, with monthly services included in the rental fee. Andrew was easy to deal with and responded quickly to messages.

We rent two bikes from Andrew. Cannot fault the service, we have always been very happy and would definitely recommend for short or longer term rentals.

Always reliable, always happy

I've been using VIP's services for over 3 years now. I first rented from them and then ended up purchasing my bike from them. They've serviced it ever since. Especially in a foreign country (but any, really) it's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust. I always know my bike will come out better than it went in, and not with an unnecessary list of things that "needed" to be done. They're efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Which is why I'm a long time returning customer. Thanks, team!

The team at VIP Bikes and Andrew are trustworthy professionals. It's a great project and they are always eager to help you and make you feel comfortable. I bought my bike with them and got it checked regurlarly for over a year. It was always running smoothly and they always kept me updated. A great service!

I have been hiring a motor bike from VIP Bikes for 4 years ! Actually I upgrade most years and I am now on my third bike. The service is excellent and hassle free. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed !

Good service and reliable machines

I've been using VIP Bikes for many years and have always been delighted with the service. Every motorbike that I've rented has run well, given no problems and been worth every dong of the rental price. Free servicing and free washes are a bonus. The fact that it is a social enterprise training disadvantaged Vietnamese youth is another reason to support the business.

Go here for your short or long term rentals. It is even inclusive of charity With Blue Dragons. Andrew is a great guy and His Staff are educated in the same spirit.

The honesty and clarity of the owner

The owner (Andrew?) was v honest and open when I took my motorbike to be repaired and/or serviced. As my bike was old the repairs were often done with appropriate second hand spares. He also advised me what I could and shouldn't do with the machine. He was v down to earth and practical. The social enterprise aspect of this business is excellent and I can't recommend it highly enough
