I don't write many reviews but in this case the services has been outstanding and I am glad to highly recommend William to any other user.
I originally contacted William to organise some private transfer from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay and I ended up to use his services all along Vietnam.
Transfer from and to Airport at very competitive price with excellent quality van, terrific guides for Ninh Bin, Mekong Delta, Cu Chi Tunnel, private drive from Hue to Hoi An with beautiful stop at Lang Co Beach and Hai Van pass, two days fully customised amazing tour of Mekong
Delta.
Whenever I had a need I WhatsApp William and quickly and reliably he sorted me out to the highest level.
If you want a fully customised solution at very competitive prices, William is your Man.

First time in Hanoi

It was my first time in Hanoi, but I was able to enjoy the local food with peace of mind. I had a wonderful experience going to places that only locals can go to, such as places where only Vietnamese is spoken and places in narrow alleys. If I have the chance, I would like to go by myself.

Had a great time trekking to the villages and Homestay. Fiday trekking cat Cat village visit waterfall around 3km and 2nd days just waking down the village called Tavan with May tour guide, she stayed in this village. Homstay was comfortable and nice view, food very stasty. Thank you and highly recommend do sapa trip more than 2days.

Walking 3 hour food tour of Hanoi old quarter. Linh was an excellent guide with fantastic food choices and lots of great information about the places we went. So fascinating and so delicious. I recommend you not eat lunch before you go as it's very very filling!! 7 stops with plenty of food at each one.

Perfect "Small-group street food tour with a real foodie" with an excellent guide Matthew!!!)))

We would like to thank Matthew for a brilliant tour and wonderful authentic evening in Hanoi in December 2019! All explanations given by Matthew were interesting for us, food was really local and tasty! Honestly speaking without Matthew we would never even give an attempt to try such food. It was our first evening in Vietnam and information given by Matthew was really important and educative for us. He is a perfect story-teller and easy-going person! We are grateful to Vietnam Creative Travel and for sure Matthew separately for amazing experience! Good luck!

This tour was absolutely fantastic and Chris was an amazing guide!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered a wide selection of delicious food options that catered to every possible taste. Chris was full of great stories, jokes, and historical info. When booking this tour I would recommend requesting him as your guide.

Lovely time in Hanoi

We travelled 6 days in North of Vietnam and booking tour throught Vietnam Creative Travel company. Join with somes group tour to Halong Bay , Sapa and Tam coc boat ride very interesting. Thank you William, he quick response everthing and we decide book all tours with him. Thank you 3 tour guides, every one so funny and fantastic . Thank you.

Had a great experience private day trip in Ninh Binh with Chris, he very friendly tour guide and knowledgeable. Overall tour was very smooth and well planned and explained all my question about history, geography in Ninh Binh while we are on riding boat visit tam Coc. Thank you and highly recommend this trip.
