I come to Hanoi on a regular visit and I always use their transportation service. The cars are all comfortable and clean. Very reasonable price compared with regular taxi. Also great if you need a pick up in Hanoi or around Hanoi to go to airport, the drivers are always there on time. Good as well if you need SIM card for data or call, provide different package. Staff is very friendly and professional.

We changed some money into Dong and ended up booking a return taxi with them. It cost us $40 return to The Old Quarter in a really nice car. The vehicle also had on board WiFi which was good.
We were taken straight to our door. Return journey our car was waiting outside early to return us to the airport. Hana Hoang our sales rep gave us her card and we were able to communicate the pick up location which was slightly different. A smooth service which is highly recommended.

We booked the Taxi services from Noi Bai Airprt to Halong Bay round trips 2 days 1 night. Our car driver ,Mr. Vu ba luan, is very professional.He took care of us very very well.It was a pleasant journey we had .One of the nice taxi services in vietnam we ever experienced.The round trip costed 240 usd with a comfortable Toyota Fortuner.

Arrived in Hanoi Airport at 10pm, and decide took taxi. Marina Nguyen is very helpful. With reasonable price, they provide Toyota Camry as vehicle. Recommended if you are new in hanoi and do not want to bargain with normal taxi. Thx to Marina Nguyen as my contact.

I came into hanoi without any plans for what I was going to do in my few days in Vietnam, and Leo helped me figure everything out. He set me up with a one week data plan and also a plan to go to halong bay with a good price. When the port authority closed access to halong bay due to a typhoon, I followed Leo's advice to fly to central vietnam on the cheap. He met me at the airport to refund my tour payment, and was very helpful with anything and everything I had questions about. Highly recommend!!!

Visited Hanoi on a work trip, a pretty decent place with interesting historical landmarks and great food in general. My first experience to the capital was dampened by the mishandling of my luggage (see uploaded photo) at Noi Bai International Airport in June 2018. As much as I would like to empathize the hot and uncomfortable environment for the professional luggage handlers, my colleagues told me that it would be unjustified on my part if I don't bring this mishap up publicly. I genuinely wish something could be done about this though, and I still could not get any insurance claims resolved till date.

We are Noibai Air Service, a private company provides Non-aviation service such as: car transfer, exchange money, tour arrangement and telecommunication (sim card) service.
The problem you get is not our fault and just by chance, you made a review here and it is not good for us. Anyway, the Noi Bai airport (the one you mentioned) won’t get your idea. So that, i request you remove this review to the right address: Noi Bai Airport

I had actually booked for a private transfer with a separate airport transfer company but no one showed up, even after we waited for an hour. That aside, out of frustration, I headed to the tourist counter and the lovely sales woman arranged for a transfer to our hotel in the city. It was at USD25, slightly pricier than my initial option, but DEFINITELY reliable. The sales executive even gave us her name card for us to contact her via WhatsApp/call in case we ran into any difficulty or had questions to ask during the trip. The car was very comfortable and despite the crazy Hanoi traffic, the driver drove safely.
We were also recommended to book for a return transfer from the hotel to the airport at a cheaper price. The driver was punctual and as per the previous experience, it was a smooth journey in the Mercedes car. Would definitely recommend this to travellers :-)

I am visiting Vietnam for the first time. The NAS staff was incredible! Special recognition to Ms. Emily and Mr. Bie. Upon approaching the desk in the airport I was made comfortable and confident. The entire trip was seamlessly explained and all of the booking details were provided for.
NAS exchanged money at a great rate, provided a variety of options for a local SIM card and even arranged transfer from the airport to my hotel.......WONDERFUL.
Everyone at the company is very friendly and accommodating.
NAS followed up with emails and the staff is available via mobile phone during my journey should I have any questions or concerns.
Thank you and I will visit Vietnam again and be assured I will depend on NAS for my details.
