Total fee incl. green fee, cart fee, caddie fee is around VND 3,000,000 for weekday for 3,500,000 for weened.
Caddie tip is recommendable around VND 400,000-500,000

Course was excellent, except greens too hard and not able to go at the flag.
My caddy was great, my wife’s useless.
English is a major issue for both.
When arriving NO ONE explains the protocol as NO ONE can talk English.
We go to check out, we didn’t know about check out either.
Someone else’s bill is on our account. We paid is as NO ONE CAN TALK ENGLISH.
The reception girls were arrogant and not helpful. When I asked is there anyone who can talk English she laughed at me.
Sorry would I come back NO SORRY.

Talkative caddies. I was upset on my first hole on ‘C’ course. Water left and was not told of ‘OB’ on the right. It is only when I was going to play my second shot that the caddie told me it was out of bound. Need to go back to re-tee.

I will never play this course again! It could have been a good experience but it was totally ruined by slow play and a Marshal that ought to have had his last day at work.
The first 9 was actually in a reasonable speed of play, but then they decided to stack 3 four balls right in front of us on hole 10! WHY?
The players were so slow.
On hole B6 the Marshal told us it was a “call on hole” but as the players in front was from Vietnam he could do nothing about the pace and we still had to wait till they finished the hole. When we reached the green we were forced by the Marshal to step aside and let the ball behind tee off. WHY did it apply for us and not for the players in front?
On hoke 7 we had a serious talk with the Marshal and he again said he was sorry! We told him it was HIS JOB to tell the players in front to increase the pace.
Did it help? NO don’t know what he said to them if anything!
So if the Club insists on pissing down the neck of us just because we are not from Vietnam then I would rather they refused our green fee.
We booked through GolfAsian and I will take my words with them and ask them to find other courses in Hanoi for their players as we are just not welcome.
I will make sure that all golf sites in Europe will have posts telling about the treatment we got from you. So with a little luck there will only be Vietnamese people playing.

I always had good memories and great experiences golfing at Long Bien. A less-undulated course, but greens are elevated and thus, require some accuracy in distance management. The fairways are well maintained but because of the storm, before we arrived, some parts were pretty wet. Overall, playable. My 13 golfers for this trip were happy with the golfing experience, the course, the golfing staff and the service staff at the terrace. The green fees included lunch. The pho was good.
As we golf in the morning session, the pace of play was well managed. My caddy (Duc) was superb in reading the lines and this greatly enhance my game. He was also positive in his work attitude, like the rest of the caddies on the flight. I believe they were wagering on their golfers' scores but they are a very disciplined lot. They are not allowed to consume our offered beer. Salute to this course management.

Staff management, especially the training of caddies is extremely poor.
Caddies swings our golf clubs during the waiting for the tee off.
What made me more irritating was that they forgot to buckle up a golf bag to the cart and started off right in front of me, drop the bag off from the cart, which lead to the damaged golf clubs, which I have used only once before.
Even though it is near to the city center, I will never go again.

I recently played at Long Bien Golf Course and it was great! The course is super well maintained, with impeccable greens and challenging fairways. The setting is splendid, great for disconnecting. In addition, the staff is super friendly and professional. Perfect for a golf day with friends or alone.

This place was very impressive. The owner really splashed money to develop this beautiful course. The fairways, the greens, etc were well maintained. It made our group golfing a great experience and all love the course. Caddies were pretty good and they appeared to be quite well trained.
The locker rooms, reception area, restaurants and even the halfway houses were really splendidly done up. Huge too, surely impressive if you had been golfing in other older Vietnamese courses.
Our package came with free lunch and the lunch spread was very generous. There were sashimi, sushi, oyster baked in cheese, kim chi, soups and other delicious food. We must thank the management for offering us a great lunch and a great golfing experience. Surely we would like to re-visit soon.Thank you Long Bien

As the title suggest, there were many similarities in the look of this course compared to its counter part TSN GC in HCM. The course layout, clubhouse and locker room look literally like each other except the one in HCM has 36H while this is 27H. Nice halfway houses with air-con in every 3-4 holes fulfilled all expectations.
Contrary to other reviews earlier, we played in July 2019 and the greens was fast. Not sure if it is because we were playing with slow greens for 3 days and had already adjusted to it and thus putt-ed harder but it seems a small tap or a nice shot onto the green got the ball rolling fast and furious way out of target.
Nevertheless, it has the elevated tee offs, greens and small lakes like what we see in TSN, except it is not as crowded.
A good course to play en route airport, and the best experience we had over the 4 courses we played in Hanoi. The free buffet nothing to shout about but hey, it FOC. Was told by Agent a round here on July weekend is USD 115. Makes this course definitely value for money
