I don't often use travel agents but I found myself needing to book a tour for a business group. As every second shop in Hanoi will sell you a tour I was very weary but my dealings with Vietrantour did not disappoint.Prompt efficient service and at a good price.My agent was ms Hoai Phuong who was wonderful to work with and cooperative in meeting my groups needs. She speaks great English and was able to deleiver on everything she promised. A lovely professional and polite manner at all times. Well done Hoai you made my day! Thank you.........
