The most beautiful sightseeing of the city
Sep 2019
Still a well worth visit with the great view from the highest building in Vietnam. But, beside that, there was no any other things that worth mention or experience

great for me!
Jun 2018 • Family
I went here about 3 months ago to tour Vietnam, and it was great! The sky view was so fresh, and also, I liked the service that they changed pillows if we want other kinds of it. Also, the breakfast was better than I thought. It was more delicious for me than other hotels. You can also eat pho that is similar as some other pho restaurants. As the tower says, the highest floor was 72F. There’s also some Fitness room for you to exercise.

What is up with this place...

Monstrous tower - you get smoggy views of an uninspiring Hanoi vista at the top. There isn’t very much to actually do in here. Restaurants are franchises and a lot more expensive than what you get in the city center.

A journey of almost an hour from the old quarter in bad traffic. Save this neighbourhood for the business trip and stay near west lake or the old quarter.

Vegetarian food options are limited, views are good
Jun 2018 • Business
My office is in this building and the views are amazing. I tried to find vegetarian food options and only found that Redcap Pizza served vegetarian. Coffee places are nice.

Worth a visit!
Oct 2017 • Solo
Yes it's not as good as the Lotte tower and it's slightly more expensive, but it's still well worth a visit!
Great views, very quiet (I was alone for the duration of my visit)
Lotte tower has the glass floor and feels more modern, but this has a cool art room upstairs, a great model of the tower, decals on the windows showing distances to different cities and views from a different perspective.

Don't let the bad reviews put you off!

Highest building in Vietnam, but definetly nothing iconic!
Sep 2017 • Family
The building is located quite far from the city centre, and the area is still in development, there is nothing special around, so most of the things are empty. It will be expensive because of taxi to go there and ticket to go on top, about 10$/pax.
There is nothing special about the view in day time, inside also nothing really to make you enjoy the view. Could have some potential in night time, but the level of lightning inside will make it not possible to have a nice city view at night.
If you are go for shot time in Hanoi, better go at Lotte, is more special.
If you go often to Hanoi like we do, you can visit and mark it on your list, otherwise is nothing fancy.

I wish I'd read the reviews.

Reviews are all true. It was a great sight, but an expensive visit with taxi being 300 one way, 180 each for entrance, and another taxi @ 130. We were lucky to see the expansive veiws before the rains came through.

Boring
Dec 2016
We were the only ones there. At night, lights insight are to bright to make good pictures of the sky. Nothing to do really. To pricy for what you get.

For Koreans
Aug 2016 • Business
Keangnam - the name says it all, its mostly for Koreans or asian business people. The building is mainly empty after some previous corruption issues with the pervious parkson shopping closure. Note this building is out of the wat, far from the centre and will be a waste of time for tourists. If you want to have a better observation deck, wait till 5pm and go to Lotte hanoi building roof top bar.

Would give 0 stars if I could, terrible.

I went here this evening with my girlfriend, well where do I start. We were the only ones on the observation deck ( if that's what they want to call it) so obviously we expected that we would enjoy our visit, that was not the case. After paying nearly 500k entrance fee, we we're less than impressed.
1.The windows are filthy so you can't see out of them.
2.
You reflect in the Windows when you try to take a picture.
3. Everything in the gallery was switched off, other than the observation deck everything else was closed.
Seeing as over 50% of the building was closed, I asked for a partial refund and was laughed at.
The worst observation deck we've ever been to, lotte center is 100 times better.
