Shangri La in Ha Noi

My wife and I were both overwhelmed with the gentle grace and generosity of the staff last year in this beautiful refuge. Returning with friends this year I was astonished to find Zen's new location is seven stories high, floating above a beautiful lake. It seems an adjunct to a lovely Buddhist temple in the little village between downtown Ha Noi and the airport.

Wonderful Spa experience

I found Zen Spa by chance as it happened to be very local to my hotel (intercontinental). They offer a wide range of spa treatments all at very good value for what you receive. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helped advise on the different types of treatment I could go for. They were accommodating as I twice arrived with out a booking but were able to ensure my experience was not hindered by this.
The therapists although had limited English was very pleasant and worked hard to make sure my experience was good and I had everything I needed.
Both packages I had included the zen cuisine and gift. The food was wonderful and so much more than I expected, it's a full meal!
I will definitely visit zen again if I'm back in Hanoi and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting looking for a relaxing spa experience in the area.

Great Spa in Tay Ho

We were staying at the Intercontinental for our first night in Hanoi and immediately went to Zen Spa for a massage post-flight. It's a short walk from the Intercon or the Sheraton. Located in a villa, the reception is open and full of plants and flowers. The treatment rooms are located upstairs and are all clean and soothing. My husband and I selected the 90 minute aromatherapy massages. The best massage of our 2 week trip! Highly recommend.

raw but relax

My husband and I were staying at the Intercontinental for 3 nights in Hanoi and went to Zen Spa for a massage before the return flight to HK in last day . It's a short walk from the Intercon or the Sheraton. The treatment rooms are located upstairs and are all clean and soothing. My husband and I selected the 3 hrs package massages with meal (PHO) very tasty.
*We brought coupon in the 1st day so that we had discount and use in the 4th day of trip.

Lovely place.
Great people.
Great service.
For a lovely massage and spa treatment.
Very friendly stuff...and the owner took time to sit with me and talk to me one on one before and after my spa treatment.
Would recommend this place any day.
If ever in Hanoi...check in ☺

Beautiful experience

I'd had a great time there when I was visiting my country for the first time. The staffs were nice and the packages we got were more than wonderful, very relaxing and accommodating. I highly recommend this for anyone who's planning to go to Hanoi, and I'll definitely return with my family on the next trip. Btw the meal was at a restaurant level!

Beautiful, honest place with skilled people I'll definitely return back to on my next trip to Hanoi. I recommend to book one of their packages with includes a light delicious meal. Great sense for aesthetics and space.

Where you can find the peace in mind

My husband normally does not like the massage because he had some bad experiences. But at Zen House, we discovered an amazing exprience. We enjoy every moment and interior of Zen House. It is worderful than massage. 3 hours and half with Zen House has made us totally relax, happy and felling specially. You should not miss this.

So friendly and a fantastic massage

I had a 90 minute traditional herbal body massage and it was heaven! After those 90 minutes I felt relaxed and energised again.
The staff at Zen Spa is very friendly and professional. They advise you very well on the best treatment for you.
The spa itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. When I am back in Hanoi , I will definitely visit them again.
