Great gym on the expensive side
Dec 2016 • Solo
The gym is great, very clean and pretty spacious. Lacking in a few machines, but fine for just a quick workout on vacation.
Please note that prices say $20 for one day, but you can get it for 250.000VND (about $12) if you ask. He had to get a manager for me, but then I got it way cheaper, no hassle. Just remember to ask.

Excellent gym
Jul 2016 • Solo
This is a well-equipped gym that is kept spotless. It caters to a younger clientele, as they typically have house/techno type music playing. They also offer lots of yoga and other classes.

The cost is $20 bucks for a single visit. But keep in mind that this gets you a 24 hour pass. Thus, if you workout at 2pm on a Tuesday, you are welcome to come back on Wednesday before 2pm for another workout. So if you plan it right, you really get two visits for $20.

Good gym for a holiday workout
Jul 2016 • Couples
Good, clean gym. Was lacking in some equipment - like only had one squat rack and no real place to do pull ups - but that is being picky. Really clean and good lockers. Staff at desk not that friendly or helpful. Good for a holiday workout to work off the Bahn mi!!!!

Modern but expensive gym
Jun 2016 • Solo
Fusion Bodyworks is a Vietnamese high class gym close to the old quarter. It offers a variety of weights (only one squat rack and Smith machine though), machines and cardio machines. For 250,000 you can buy a one entry ticket that also includes access to the whirlpool, the sauna and allows you to participate in the offered classes. A Locker and two private towels are also included. It is possible to buy fresh made smoothies and protein shakes (around 80,000) at the bar. Be aware of the changed opening hours at the weekend though. Overall, I recommend this gym to everyone who is willing to pay a little more fir a nice workout experience during the holidays. They're definitely cheaper gyms around.

A little hard to find the entrance, but good, clean, well equipped gym!
Nov 2015 • Couples
I went here twice on my 4 day stay in Hanoi. It was literally 50m from my hotel so I was stoked! It is on the 4th floor of a department store building. You can see it from the street, but finding your way up there is a little difficult. You can either go up 4 escalators to get there, or go around the side of the building and take the lift (harder to find but much quicker!).

Very clean, well equipped gym with loads of equipment and machines. Has a yoga room and a specific room for various Les Mills classes. $12.50USD for a one entry pass and with this they give you a locker to use and a towel as well.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great place to come for a workout while on holiday!

The gym is very nice, airy and modern with great machines. It also has group X and Yoga classes, which I love. It's near my house so I can keep my working out routine. All trainers here are friendly and professional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is decent

New, modern, great gym!
This gym is very new, great facilities, lots of machines and weights, les mills classes, sauna, spa, cafe etc. 20 US dollars per session gets you use of classes, weights, machines, shower facilities, spa, sauna, sweat towel, bath towel. If you want a good work out you can't go pass this gym!

Great Gym (Not Just for Hanoi, but Anywhere)
Nov 2014 • Solo
I was in Hanoi on vacation and wanted to get in a workout after a few days of eating entirely too much delicious food.

Researched Hanoi gyms online and settled on Fusion Bodyworks. I should probably add a disclaimer here that I love working out, so am willing to spend more* on a nice facility. I even walked over to scope out the gym a day prior to my workout.

* Fusion Bodyworks is US $20 per day for a guest pass.

Pros:

+ Looks like a new facility. All the machines are in excellent condition.
+ Kept impeccably clean.
+ Very luxurious feel, especially the locker rooms that have a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Even the lockers are fancy, locked and unlocked with an electronic key fob.
+ Excellent service. Was left alone during my workout, except for one trainer who said he was available should I need anything. Afterwards, a number of people (including the manager) followed up to ensure I had a good workout.
+ Good smoothie bar with a nice row of computers for you to surf the Internet on while waiting for your protein shake.
+ Convenient location. I was staying in the Old Quarter and it was just a quick jog to the shopping center that houses the gym.
+ Didn't do a class or yoga, but saw a number of people enjoying their class and getting in a good stretch in the yoga studio.

Cons:

- Little pricey for a per-day guest pass, especially in Hanoi.

Overall, definitely recommend.

Awesome fitness/yoga club in Old Quarter
Oct 2014 • Solo
During a recent visit to Hanoi, I discovered Fusion Bodyworks, an oasis from the hustle, bustle and noise of daily life in Hanoi. I went twice and paid the non-member visitor fee ($20 USD per day). While this may seem expensive in a city where so many things are not, it was well worth it. Fusion Bodyworks appears to be new, and the facilities are beautiful and brought a sense of calm and peace the moment I walked in. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly too. I only used the gym area for working out. However, there are ample fitness and yoga classes, which I observed; they looked engaging and fun...and the yoga instructors, both from India, seemed be gurus of both traditional yoga and more modern contemporary styles (flow yoga, power yoga, etc.). In the work out area, the machines all worked well, it was not overcrowded like some gyms I have used, and the trainers were helpful to all (not just their specific clients). After each workout, I used the locker room areas which were clean and well maintained. The mens' locker room had nice sized lockers for storage, and excellent sauna, steamroom, whirlpool, and showering facilities...And, I ended each day there with a delicious protein shake from their lounge...They are a full service club and spa, so check them out and their extensive array of services and classes. I was truly impressed with my entire experience, and will certainly return to Fusion Bodyworks on future visits! If I lived in Hanoi, this would be my club of choice!
