Absolutely spectacular service.
We approached Red Lotus Travel to organise a 7 day itinerary for us to explore Vietnam.
We visited Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh & Halong Bay.
We have been staying in fantastic hotels in great locations, with exceptional views and service. We also did the 1 night cruise in Halong Bay.
Florence was very welcoming and absolutely fabulous at organising this, we couldn't have asked for more.
Please, please, please, contact Red Lotus Travel to book any tours or organise your trip - they are affordable, supply great service and deserve your business over larger travel agents out there.

Book your tour with Red Lotus!
Their quick responses and great communication seperate them from any other tour company. Despite an alteration on hotel bookings, they bent over backwards to ensure our needs were met.
Catering to our needs on our 8 day tour with a group of 4, they were able to ensure that the vegetarian in our group was satisfied.
Special shout out to Florence (Tram) and Duong who was able to cater to our changing plans and update arrangements personalised to what we were after.
Thanks again to Red Lotus for making the experience pleasurable and memorable!

Led by Mr. Thiep and his team, to say that we had a wonderful experience during our trip to Vietnam would be an understatement.
Mr Thiep and the tour guides, Mr. Sunny and Mr. Ngoc, are knowledgeable and competent. They ensured to cater to our queries and needs throughout our visit and exceeded our expectations every step of the way.
The itinerary, hotels and restaurants included in the tour package are top notch and we have no complaints.
I will recommend Red Lotus Travel to my friends, family, and anyone planning to spend their holidays in Vietnam.
Looking forward to our next visit in other parts of Vietnam in near future (with Red Lotus Travel of course).

Me & my friend stayed in Saigon & Muine (Vietnam) between 24th to 29th Aug.
Our e-visa, Hotel accomodation, Sight seeing etc., was arranged by Red lotus. When compared to other service providers, they arranged everything at a cheap price. From the day they till we depart from their country they were in close touch with us through phone & whatsapp. They made wonderful arrangements and guided us in all the aspects. We really enjoyed all the places like Presendential palace, War musiem, Cu CHI village tour, Island tour, Muine sight seeing etc., We throughly enjoyed all these places... The hotel and the food arrangements were excellent. I should really appreiciate the person who were incharge of our entire trip. His name is Thiep, who did a good job. Infact we disturbed him even in midnight for few changes, but he never hesitated to help us. I strongly recommend this travel team for those who needs to arrange for such a trip in future. I would also use this travel agent for my future trips. Thank you Red Lotus Travel Team and Thiep.

My wife and I did an Asian cruise including 4 stops in Vietnam at Saigon, Nha Trang, Danag/Hoi An, and Halong Bay. Red lotus took care of arranging package tours for 10 people in each port, and the service was very professional, buses were good, drivers and guides good, lunch in every port was reasonable, and the value overall was excellent. I recommend then highly.

We did Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa and Hoi an tours with Red Lotus. When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City we had no agendas even though we wanted to tour the country. Thank you to Mr. Thiep from Red Lotus Travel for organizing our tours at last minutes. We enjoyed our tours and enjoyed our tour guides (Tu, Phong and Ngoc). Mr. Thiep and the tour guides were very nice and patients with our needs. The hotels and restaurants with our tour packages were wonderful. I would recommend Mr. Thiep and his team to all my friends and family planning to visit Vietnam or other part of

We did a holiday cruise cruise with stops in Vietnam starting with Halong Bay, Nha Trang, Hoi An and Saigon. We were a group of 4 who prefer private tours when we cruise. Our tour ncluded an overnight hotel stay in Danang and some meals in ports. Red Lotus made the arrangements for all ports including hotel stay. I selected Red Lotus based on reviews from Trip Advisor, and I was not disappointed! This is an outstanding tour company! From my first contact their service was professional, with quick responses to emails. Transportation was by air conditioned mini-vans and always on time. The tour guides were very informative and friendly. This company made each port strees free and we always arrived on time to the ship. Their tour price and value for the money is amazing. I would highly rerecommend Red Lotus for any future travels. Finally, i want to thank each tour guide for their service.

I had a very short visit in Vietnam last Oct 23 to 26, 2022. With Lotus Travel arrangements by Mr. Theip. I was able to go to Thai Nyuyen city for visiting the tea Plantation with Ms. Nuyen as my guide for a day. It was already Monday night I was able to decide to go and Mr. Theip come to meet me and was able to arrange my trip the next day ( Tuesday) yesterday and upon returning today in Philippines. I write this reviews to share that joyful experienced and knowledge I take home with me.
I am also a travel agent in the philippines since 2005 called Manilastay and being one of a tourist to experience Red Lotus Travel is definitely I would like recommend to anyone of my family and friends as will as to my clients.

Got to know about Red lotus through one of my friend who had great trip with them few years back at Vietnam. I contacted via email and later though WhatsApp. I had spoken to few more tour operators but Red lotus was the best from customer service, cost, itinerary and responsive. I interacted with Mrs Siem and I must say she was too good. I would have changed plan and options at least ten times and she kept churning out new plans for me without any hassle.
My Tour was split into two... A planned tour with Red lotus and rest my own. I opted for Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay where the cruise was my choice. Mrs Siem did the plan such that I had loads of time everywhere and the check-in and checkout process was so seamless.
I had requested for vegetarian food and she ensured every meal was vegetarian food.
Had great time at sapa with the trekking planned by then.
Highly recommended tour operator.

The services provided by Red Lotus Travel Co. were top notch and very professional. They handled my central Vietnam tours ... Bana Hills, Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang and Myson over a period of 04 days and all tours were arranged perfectly. Tours were customized as per requirements. Hotels were food and pick up drop were on time.. in all a pleasant experience and a recommended and trustworthy travel Co. .... Red Lotus

I never had a problem contacting Red Lotus by email directly. The company always responded within an hour of my message. I have not used TripAdvisor to contact a company only for research. We booked three separate tours by email with them. One tour was canceled by the government because of high winds. We were in contact with the company all the time as we were scheduled to dock. The company was available with a vehicle and guided as scheduled. We never had to call the company for any problems everything handled by email including the bookings.
